      Yes.. pl see probability of corporate companies setup nearby, like kiadb industrial and residential zones nearby in devanahalli. Otherwise property will not appreciate or no occupants to occupy. Pl see blore Mumbai industrial corridor video

      Good.. residential project wl attract tenant or appreciation only when good number of corporates around.. just make sure your chosen location have enough corporates coming in 2-3 years..

      I would suggest Sarjapura road. Because of upcoming projects like peripheral ring road, metro, kiadb industrial area, Hosur airport all these upcoming projects makes it best for investment or living. I invested 3 years back, bought a plot for 1800 which has appreciated to 3000 already, and once peripheral and metro work starts it going to appreciate further. Lots of greenery, schools, and least polluted area.

    If I need to buy a panchyat khata plot is it possible to register this plot under new government norms as per mandatory khata? If yes then the vendor should register this as Khata approved property so my question is which khata vendor will get and what are the documents required and where to apply and how much cost it will take for 1200sqft?

      Need to get latest ekatha, e-aasthi is the system thru which need to apply. This application UIs not simple, take some expert help near panchayat office or sub registrar office and get it done.
      Documents reqd:
      Sale deed
      Property Tax receipt
      Encumbrance Certificate
      Aadhar id
      Passport size photos absolute owner
      Previous owner katha

      Go for sarjapura road instead, land prices are between 2500-3000. Upcoming peripheral ring road, metro, kiadb industrial area, Hosur airport makes it best for investment and living. I bought a plot 3 years back which has doubled almost and love this place.
