And now buying a flat anywhere is costly and still there is such high demand that getting one in a position of choice is getting tough. And whats funny is that still there are people around who have doubts about increasing buying power of our population and the general economic growth.

I definitely agree on quality part. The day we only accept quality products, albeit with 20-30% higher initial cost. Is the day when we will see the rise in high paying jobs and improve quality of life for everyone involved.
If we buy bad quality chapri product, it's a lose-lose for every one:
    1. You get bad quality product which results in miserable experience in life and you buy it again when it goes faulty or you keep using it with limited functionality.
    2. Seller had little margins because it was a cheap product.
    3. Seller business and dependent businesses can't pay good wages to their employees because their products don't make high enough profits.
    4. Economy is hurt because bad quality products hurt a person's productivity directly or indirectly.
    5. People eventually get used to bad quality cheap products and that becomes the standard or "norm", which has happened in socialist India since 50s
Only short term advantage is that poor people get to buy the product.

    • @sushmitaupadhya5583
      @sushmitaupadhya5583 7 месяцев назад +2

And another advantage is that consumerism prevails. You will end up repeatedly buying the same thing every few months or years. This is best known in the mobile phone industry where the quality has intentionally been made worse so that people are forced to buy new phones every 2-3 years.

    Good Points:
    1. Bad Quality is a Crime.
    2. Be the best and No.1 at what you are doing.
    3. Atomic Habits 1% Better.
    Bad Points in the video:
    1. Modi Bajan, throughout the interview.
    2. Suggesting micro-management, instead of breaking the task into sub-tasks.
    Questions which I was expecting:
Should have dig into debt how they have gotten out of it.
What are the strategies which have have used?

He has been 40 years in industry of real e state.. from dawood era to now.. he understands who is good for nation and has vision, he meets them and involved in infrastructure development... he understands value of freedom and a capitalist mindset govt ... actually he knows reality and doesn't require a duggal sahab from germany to make him understand of whats going on..

What worked for him might not work for you.
Micromanagement worked for him, he got results. You might think breaking into subtask is great way of achieving things. You might be executing tasks that lead to a goal. He might be micromanaging tasks which leads to his business strategy.
Also, while your points were valid your blatant hate for Pm Modi is abhorring.
While his working career has extended for over 4 decades, he has seen all kinds of leadership and in his opinion he has felt Pm Modi is a terrific leader and he is a charismatic person with an excellent business acumen providing employment to thousands and giving people excellent product.
You should try to get a better perspective as to why people regard Pm modi as an excellent leader

      I agree with your points.
I am not a hater of modi, but I won't praise him either. I didn't elect him and after 10 years. He has given net positive to the India's development. But not a terrific leader.
      Not comparing,
Dhritarashtra, Bhishma, Dhrona, Karna had combined experience was great than Pandus. But they were still stood Adhrama due to their own reasons/conditions.
If someone doesn't praise this government, specifically being in real estate they will have ED on them or they can't do business.
Why didn't people of Ayodhya didn't vote them? Because they have seen the ground reality. Destroyed people's houses in the name of temple. Would even Ram be happy?
Indian government not just Modi, but even before modi was Crony capitalistic which is bad for our society.
We don't have healthy capitalistic market, The top 1 per cent of Indians earns 22.6 per cent of the national income compared to 15 per cent earned by the bottom 50 per cent of the population.
If this continue for long there will be a Civil war as only few communities will have and 90% of India will remain poor.
I don't have hatred towards any human, but the actions they take can sometimes have a long-term impact.

One of the only hidden side i saw in my dad is - he was damn professional. Very accurate and no compromise on his work where no one can comment his work or his knowledge in work is bad or mediocre. Even my cousins at this gen were flawed and par quality on work identified by my dad. He always saud his business side is terrible which i doubt as a reason to hide his wealth. But its hard to accept that any one i interacted spoke so highly of him. Except him so i m pretty sure either his venture corbell was successful coz the cruel part and psyche in him to cobtrol my life and monitor 24*7 surely tells he isnt innocent and naive as he Portrayed the image.
So his shrwer and evil part he showed on my life + his work ethic and professionalism surely support my assumption.

When he mentioned 'concrete roads in his community,' can you delve deeper into that achievement? Specifically, how did he manage to accomplish this? What was his thought process and planning behind the project? how did he handle the financial aspects-what strategies did he use to offset the costs? Did he face any challenges, and if so, how did he overcome them? Let’s get to the root of why he does what he does !
