  • Okay, we know it’s not the most fun you’ve ever had with your Gelly Rolls, but it is one of the most effective ways to jumpstart those stubborn ink flow hangups. Keep an extra scrap of paper nearby and scribble away for a few minutes-don’t give up!

You must have a better option for getting these pens to work. They cost a lot of money!!!! I have several pens that have quit. Who has time for this process?

i have several pens that are not working i did try the scribble method but has not worked. I have seen others say to use alcohol or acetone to clean the tip of the pen. I'll try this see if it helps. my pens are completely full of ink but just won't write.🤨😣😒

I feel you are punking us. As far as I can tell, this thing where the pen supposedly revives after enough scribbling is baloney.

What a pain in the ass, to have to go through this; not to mention a financial rip off. Won't be purchasing Gelly Roll in the future.

I have to agree with the complaints of others. Why charge so much for pens that require this "reviving" process on a regular basis? Why not just make a quality product in the first place?????

I just bought one and only used it 5-6 times and it quit writing. I tried this to no avail. It’s not even 2 weeks old. Will look for another brand.

@Meghna Patel hold the pen sideways. Light a match and bring the flame near to and slightly under the ball point tip for a few seconds. Then scribble with the pen. It usually takes one or two times. I guess it melts the dried ink clump or something. Good luck

Whelp. This didn't work either. More than half the ink remains in the pen, and it is unusable. Thanks, Sakura.

Not a great value- expensive pen that won't put down ink, a waste of my time and paper to "revive" it, and I have yet to be able to use a single pen until it is empty. I avoid this product.
