Cool!! I'm just getting into this world. I am a trained artist, I paint the still life, portrait, scenery, anything wanted. I never heard of this Zentangling. We don't have this in France. Is it studied at art school in American school? I loving it!

@@Zentangle hey Molly! Have you tried shading with things other than graphite? Wondering about using colored pencils, for instance, or
Grey Brush pens. Do these work at all? Are there special techniques, like adding the graphite to the tortillion? Thanks!

Wow. "Tangling" looks just like drawing shapes. I hope you guys didn't try to copyright drawing random shapes. That would be sad, cynical and embarrassing.

Hi, thanks for commenting. No - we did not try to copyright shapes or patterns.The Zentangle Method is a method of deconstructing patterns and drawing them using elemental strokes and a specific method. You can learn more at Zentangle.com :)
