wow! thank you! So they use AI and still charge employers so much money to represent them?
The National Trust spent a year bullying me and ambushed me when I finally gave in and submitted a formal grievance (because they kept telling me that everyone will find out if I do submit a formal grievance) so I'm expecting them to play dirty. It's a charity and they make hundreds of millions a year and train staff how to avoid battles.
This time, I am armed, thanks to you x

This is exactly what my employers lawyer is doing with me. Cost warning letter. However, they just sent me their defence bundle, statutory defence of course. It was so weak, 7 year old training certificates, employees inductions signed at the bottom with a line drawn though 30 odd sub headings. So I my write to them about a strike out.
