Crushed it! That was tough! Especially since my puppy thought I was playing with her so she added some intensity and resistance for me 🤣 I’ve been having 1-15lb dumbbell for years. I’m to the point now where I need another 1 to up the intensity! So I ordered 1! The 10s are getting too easy for me! Thanks Syd!! -Jen

That was AMAAAZING!! I was able to do all push ups (tricep and wide) on my toes. Planks are not my fav, but was able to do the entire set without having to rest. Getting STRONGER!! Yesterday I was running errands all day and doing my spring cleaning, so decided to add this day after doing The ELEV8 Day 14 Challenge. I shocked myself at being able to do both AND I moved up in my weights!!
I allowed stress/a cold...to derail my nutrition yesterday. I took a rest day which is why I did yesterday’s workout today. I’m ready to crush my day! NSV I did tricep pushups not on my knees!
I finished this workout about 5 hours ago.....awesome as always! And I just finished the 10 minute cardio workout. I think I’m panting more now! Great workouts Sydney!
This was surprisingly difficult! I loved the combo moves. My favorite was the side plank triceps extension. I did both the add-ons that Sydney suggested and now I'm exhausted😊

Nice mix of moves today! I enjoyed the variety. Make sure on triceps overhead extensions, that you keep your elbows in!
