    Finished and added a 10 min hitt. Didn’t want to but felt guilty and knew I would regret not. So glad I pushed through. The sweat feels amazing. No more excuses and time to dial it in for summer!! I let myself go nov-Jan and feel blah. Been living this challenge and the push. Starting to feel great again!! Never leaving your side and getting lazy again.

    Crushed it! That was tough! Especially since my puppy thought I was playing with her so she added some intensity and resistance for me 🤣 I’ve been having 1-15lb dumbbell for years. I’m to the point now where I need another 1 to up the intensity! So I ordered 1! The 10s are getting too easy for me! Thanks Syd!!

    I started by workout by doing some kickboxing and then this. Loved this workout!! My arms were still sore from earlier this week however I pushed through! Loved all of the combo moves....challenging and fun! Happy Thursday all!

    Loving these workouts, youve really upped the game this month and I think we're all feeling it! Love the extra 10 mins you've started doing😁 every part of me is aching this week and it feels good.     That was AMAAAZING!! I was able to do all push ups (tricep and wide) on my toes. Planks are not my fav, but was able to do the entire set without having to rest. Getting STRONGER!! Thank you Sydney for posting these fantastic workouts and always showing up with a smile on your face :) Very grateful!

    I allowed stress/a cold...to derail my nutrition yesterday. I took a rest day which is why I did yesterday’s workout today. I’m ready to crush my day! NSV I did tricep pushups not on my knees!

    Nice mix of moves today! I enjoyed the variety. Make sure on triceps overhead extensions, that you keep your elbows in!

    This was surprisingly difficult! I loved the combo moves. My favorite was the side plank triceps extension. I did both the add-ons that Sydney suggested and now I'm exhausted😊
