Wow! Irs been a while since I've done a workout due to very challenging issues that I'm struggling with. I feel so much better working out with you Sydney as you you give me hope that nothing is impossible as long as we work hard on our goals. Yes, I do sometimes eat out of boredom and have caught myself a few times. Now, I replace the food with water, cup of hot tea or flavored coffee with a little half and half. I lost about eight pounds due to a combo of stress and eating less junk food. Thank you so much for always being here. I'm so blessed to have found you and Dustin. Have a wonderfully blessed day!

This is the first workout I’ve done in months! I’m almost 9 months postpartum and I’m ready to get back to it. Someone suggested you in a mom group I’m a member of. It was a great workout. I did have to stop several times, but I feel good and I sweated...so overall a success!

Of course Today I could not perform all the exercises still i news to recover from C-section but i was able to complete the entire workout. This is for me is a great milestone. Sometimes I just feel like you're In. My. Head. And you're telling me exactly what I need to hear. I've been tackling my compulsive eating by tracking with MyFitnessPal (trying to stay under 1,300 cals each day with NUTRITION, not just hitting the calorie mark), influenced by 21DF and Eat Right for Your Blood Type (I'm a little crazy with the health and fitness stuff, no one needs to be this intense) while doing your videos each day and I'm down over 10lbs in the past few months. It's the slow and steady journey, but I'm so glad to have you to help me through these times. I'm halfway to my ULTIMATE weight goal! Love you, Syd! ❤️Can't wait to workout with you on your new stage!!!

Sydney, I crushed your workout!! I failed at my first day of practice to prepare for my lifeguard certification. 😔 I am going to train two to three days a week and pass my certification. This won't be easy, I'm going to succeed!! It's humbling to suck at something, I know I will overcome and swim like a fish.

I have to start getting ready for work at 5:50 so since there have been a lot of 50-60 or 70 minute counting the add ons, I've stopped exercising before work. At least I have something to look forward to after work though. I wanted to say thank you. The gains this past month have been real ! I love how you plan the hypertrophy split. Weekend snacking has been my biggest challenge. I'm giving up sugar for Lent, I know that way I'll stick with it. I'm excited to see myself six weeks from now !

Love you Sydney. Between my job and your work outs I've run my shoulders into the ground mildly but enough that I have to stop and rehab. Think it's important to teach people on RUclips about rotator cuff exercises to prevent injury. Gotta make sure the rear delt muscles are getting lots of isolation work to counter all the shoulder load in these work outs. Arm rows unfortunately use a lot of the whole shoulder. No hate just kinda bummed about my situation and would hate to see someone hurt themself.

Was thanking God this morning for just 30 mins of workout today since the last two days were long and tough. Halfway through the first circuit I was cursing the the shortness and intensity of today but I crushed it! That was tough with all the back to back moves! Youchies!! 😵🥵

Crushed it! Holy ouch, Batman, that was a seriously intense workout. I usually get to have breakfast and work out at 9, but due to appointments today I had to do this at 5:45. Those burpees sure woke me up!
Yeeeouch!!! Catching up on missed videos after a ski vacation and decided to combine this with last week's upper/cardio and, hooo boy are my arms noodles! Not sure that was such a hot idea, but I crushed it anyway - loved loved the pace of this one!

For me, this is the kind of workout that takes me away from fitness. Until this month, i was happy because your workouts make me love fitness, that feeling after i crushed it!!! But this month i've come to the conclusion, again, that fitness isn't for anyone! I can't find that feeling of joy after...instead i'm frustrated that i couldn't finish without modification and pauses.
Ramona Mandrusca don't give up and get down for modifying or pausing. So many people do that and the stronger and fitter we get the less we need too but some days it can happen to the fittest of people. I modify when I need to and definitely pause when the cardio is intense.
