As a flight instructor with 38 years experience, I was thinking what a self-important jerky was. It's weird how two people can have such differing opinions. I knew right from the beginning when when Steve asked him what he was looking at and he said in a dismissive tone I'm looking at a bunch of things or a bunch of numbers without being specific about what it was he was looking at but he was a self-important jerk and he did not disappoint

@@SVThailand That is a very interesting perspective and you would be more of a subject matter expert in that than me. I am HR and always defer to my clients for their expertise when it comes to dealing with workplace issues. Seeing the years of experience you have, you would know for sure the types of conversations that would need to take place in an airplane cockpit. I have only been a passenger on a plane. Only once did I see the cockpit and that was because of a flight on a Saab plane (I called it a mini-van with wings) where I literally sat right behind the pilot and could see everything:)

This has got to be your most incredible video yet. First you fly a super cool jet to the Bahamas. And then you board this huge Superyacht--an experience very few people ever have in their lives. Then you tour the yacht from bow to stern, and everything in between. When I grow up, I want to be Steveo. Keep the videos coming. They get better all the time. Thank you.

I soloed in 8hrs with no previous flight experience. It could have happened soon if work hadn’t conspired to space my flights out. But one thing is for sure, when you are that new, even a break of a week is enough to roughen up a few edges. It take serious time before you can have that legit consistency flight to flight if there is some time between each. The dude the instructor spoke about soloing in 2 hours. All I can say is wow. Very impressive. Clearly had some experience but moreover had retained his muscle memory 10 years later which is just wild.

@@sabrinadavis9015 very good. 👍 at the time I was working so much I had trouble getting flights booked during daylight hours. I would have solo’ed a lot sooner if I could have had consecutive daily flights. At the time it really bothered me that I couldn’t get more consecutive flights because I could have solo’ed in 5 or 6 hours, but I felt like I had wasted money due to breaks between flights due to work. Of course at the end of the day it was no big deal, I needed the hours no matter what so who cares eh? 🤷🏻‍♂️ but man I really enjoyed those days.

Wow Stevo. A double feature. Jet and mega yacht. I can relate. I am an instructor for Cruising yachts with a Masters license. One of the first things that I ask a class is, “ is anyone a pilot or have had aviation experience. Maritime skills and aviation skills do indeed cross over in many ways. I am also a PP with Glider cert. I have captained vessels to 120 feet. Yachts and ferries. Like flying, it’s a lot of responsibility. I had 300 passengers that I was responsible for on the ferry. I suppose similar to an ATP. The biggest difference is that flying is much more critical and less forgiving. On the other hand, if you are on a 2 week charter, it can be a 24 hr job for weeks o end. Yes you get sleep and breaks but the responsibility never stops. So longer but not as intense as flying. Great video. Thanks.

@bobbyhillthe3rd Look in Google Maps for local flight schools. You can schedule a discovery flight. They usually cost $100 for one hour and they'll let you grab the yoke for a little bit. Steveo studied at ATP flight school in Florida. Just have to go for it ✈️

Always yearned to be a pilot when I was young. Totally did not know about yachting until I started watching Below Deck on the Bravo channel 4 years ago. That is a career that I would have excelled in and enjoyed.

Glad to see Steve-O back in the air. Between the beautiful Vision Jet, the beautiful water in the Bahamas and just being in the presence of the incredibly beautiful blond in the black / khakis, this guy is living my dream life. Steve-O you’re a lucky man. Love the content and glad you’re posting videos again. (watched this video twice; back to back)

Most striking of all, at least in my opinion, is the return of the V tail! Its the most wonderfully anachronistic aircraft out there, in ALL the right ways!! I love everything about the vision jet

I'm so jealous I can't help it, Mooney Cirrus and of course pipers Cessnas and the ancient Waco cabin biplane is all our club has to really that's unique, the mini jets are pretty and sleek, sexy, especially with hot chicks getting inside them, but we are a small club from new river regional

    Awesome jet and flight.
Also, really interesting tour of the boat. Obvious how much professionalism and pride is taken in keeping that vessel in peak condition.
