What is largely responsible for the Wim Hof feel good effect is not the cold itself, but practitioner's direct contact with the Earth while doing the cold exposure: through water, walking barefoot, sitting on the grass etc. One could achieve similar results via directly interfacing with the electric field of the earth (grounding), and via nitric oxide breathing techniques.

So what if you suffer from chronic stress, hyperarrousal or adrenal gland fatigue, hpa Dysregulation, mcas?
These conditions are all highly stress related your system is already flooded with stress hormones, avoiding stress is the way do go. So isn't it worsening your comdition by doing wh and realising more stress hormones, wouldn't it better do practice a calming breathing technique?

That video is about DNA distant work and its impact on everything that is around it and nearby. Why it came to my mind? It is the second day I watch your videos and yesterday I could play the piano everything I learned this year perfectly, I began to play two years ago after 30 years of absolute none practice after music school. I began to do it two years ago to survive after a horrible range of different stresses . I just had to begin to combine keys into music, that began help me to switch my mind from stress. And yesterday after your videos I came to the piano and my hands were so selfconfident and so on that I could not understand where it came from and why and only today morning I remembered that video about DNA distant work and impact on DNA of other creatures and environment.
How do babies get oxygen during nine months before birth? They don't need breathing. They get oxygen from their mother breathing I think and not they need it but their mitochondria needed it ads as for Metohondrri as, they inherit it only from their mother, not father.
