*_The Chinese Master Huo Yuanjia_* was a lengedary Kung Fu master who never lost a fight, even he broke the Japanese Judo Master's hands when he was took by surprise while he was watching a fight between his best disciple Zheng Sheng and a Japanese Judo practitioner. By the way, Zheng Sheng defeated the Japanese Judokian which was the reason why 10 Japanese Judokian, including Master Huo Yuanjia's personal doctor, a Japanese Judo Master, were one by one thrown away to the ground and also the Judo Master resulted with his hands broken, all this by *_the legendary Chinese master Huo Yuan Jia._*
This martial art style "Mizongyi" is based on Jet Li's movie "Fearless" , of the real life folk hero& martial art master called HuoYuanJia - whom founded the ChinWoo Association, and stood up for the nation during the hard times. Can't believe this martial art style survived, thought it was a lost art.
I’ve done Wing Chun Gung Fu for over 20 years, but really appreciate the Fa Jing of this style! My dream has always been to visit China and improve my Gung Fu with the masters there. I especially want to see Shaolin in Songshan, Wu Dang, Beijing, and Hong Kong!

It is known as "Lost Track" style as she mentioned in the video. In Chinese it is called Mi-tzong Yi. She referred to it as Hou's Fist to honor the founder of the Chin Woo Athletic Association the great kung-fu man and Chinese patriot Hou Wen jia, (also spelled Hou Yuanjia.) The thumbnail suggests that she is Hou's daughter but that can't be correct as Hou was poisoned almost a hundred years ago. The name Hou's Fist is a traditional way of honoring a great teacher. Hou Yuanjia made Mi-tzong Yi famous as a martial art in his Chin Woo Athletic Association in Shanghai where they also practiced Tam Tui, or Spring Legs. Every student of kung fu should know this history. Keep practice. Good fortune. Laoshr #60 Ching Yi Kung Fu Association
