    I couldnt understand why my endurance wasnt improving on the punching bag. Then I went on vacation for a week, no training, drinking beer. Came back went to hit the bag and totally lit it up. I was very fluid and was hitting really hard, didnt get tired. Now I'm researching about over training. Thats gotta be what I was doing.
