    That's awesome. "Just 30 seconds for fifteen minutes" That is dame genius. Found your books, got real happy. Ate those up. If it is not in the sporting arena, you don't want that fight lasting more than 60"ish" seconds. Preferably you want to be done, as uninjured, as undamaged as possible, and moving away to safety in under that. So for non-professionals, how easily does that make that... Ah, where's the rest of this? was fully into the flow and it finished.😪

    Adesanya could do the IHP workouts without any problem. In New Zealand there’s some IHP culture within the martial arts world and especially kickboxing. Spida Hunter used to train a lot of the fighters. I remember doing super arm protocols nearly twenty years ago. They do workouts named after Spida at city kickboxing where Israel trains.

    Hey JC, is there a link to download the whole presentation like this in HD? I have the zoom from completing the mma certification but it was hard to hear. I had fun taking the class btw.
