@Einars Dubrovskis doesn't matter if her mother was sick, 3 MTO is still sus, if you're too insecure to play, that's your problem but to pull a cheap trick like this (even if it's within the rules) is bad sportmanship and cowardes
@Einars Dubrovskis true champions don't have to play dirty.
@Einars Dubrovskis you say that its Ajlas own fault, letting such a thing getting in her head, but shouldnt a true winner be able to put nervousness about the mother beside and not having to take three time outs? I dont think Jla did anythig wrong, such things happen and in such a situation, its very easy to let it overcome you. I think th
Would be hysterical if someone created an indestructible racket and slipped it into Putintseva’s bag. Imagine her spending like 5 minutes just beating the racket on the ground and it refusing to break.
At 5:05 it showed a completely wrong mark.
I think the Yastremska ordeal is more about how broken the rules system is because according to the rules she didn't do anything wrong so criticism should be directed at the rulesetters not her. Being angry her is on the same wavelength as being angry at a player who played an underarm serve
2:28 Lol and I thought Mertens or Wozniacki did Halep good when they took an MTO and won after that.
Yastremska took THREE in a row. Hahahahahaha🤪
If you can win a game, you're not hurt and you don't need a medical timeout
Honestly they should only allow medical timeouts in the 1st set. Anything after that if you can’t continue to play it’s a retirement from the match
Yastremska is cheater. Now she is being stopped to play due to doping
Dart was really not in the right there
I disagree, I think on someone of them she was done dirty
And she took all three time outs before Tomljanovic was about to serve
So you can call an umpire corrupt and get away with it?
How the hell does Putintseva argue that the call came before she hit? And that just because her ball wasn't out 'yet' (before the call) it should be replayed?
2:21 most awkward trophy photo ever.
i will never see a match again if pitinseva is playing. what a shameful behavior again n again
5:25 Putinseva: "I hit it, he called it out, the ball went out. If the ball wasn't out I would play it in"
Eh... no, that is not how physics work.
She is not a native English speaker. Under the pressure of the moment, She might have mistaken what and how to say. I’m not her fan and I don’t think her conduct is somehow good. Nevertheless, I’d never trash any person even who is not well mannered , just for her speaking skills.
@@alexandrefreitag5502
"I hit it, he called it out,..." I don't think that sequence chances in Russian.
Joost Mehrtens do U speak Russian?
@@alexandrefreitag5502 why is that relevant? But sure if you want to know, Worse then her English sure, but I would be able to translate this.
@@alexandrefreitag5502 I just think it is a freudian slip, she called it as she saw it.
Why would you enter the tournament if you did like playing there?
I do agree, after that match of Yastremska is a clear cheater
If putintseva was a character in a movie, you would think ‘…it’s just a movie…’
if she takes MTO's then the opponent too get the chance to rest right? Why did she gain haters? I don't understand, can someone explain??
Ha ha Putintseva.. Imagine being from fucking Kazakhstan and having the nerve to call other countries shit but to be fair the shot at 4:47 is MILES out, watch where she strikes the ball and holds her racket
Was tennis always like this? I remember watching tennis without the players screaming and arguing all the time.
So players should show an MRI for a medical timeout?
