    Chandra, I did it! You don't gotta tell me I'm gonna see changes, I done the walking intervals workout consistently in January and I feel great already. Btw, the 3rd move is the most difficult one for me, any tips for small moves I can do daily (during the cardio perhaps) to improve this?

      Great Job!!!! I'm so excited with you. For the Reverse Flys drop the weight and work on form without the weights. On week 3 bring back the weights using the lightest ones you have available. Let me know next week if that helps. If you're committed to doing this program, I wouldn't suggest doing anything else. You want your muscle to rest and rest. If you decide not to complete program, I got you. Let me know.
