    Chandra, I did it! You don't gotta tell me I'm gonna see changes, I done the walking intervals workout consistently in January and I feel great already. Btw, the 3rd move is the most difficult one for me, any tips for small moves I can do daily (during the cardio perhaps) to improve this?

      Great Job!!!! I'm so excited with you. For the Reverse Flys drop the weight and work on form without the weights. On week 3 bring back the weights using the lightest ones you have available. Let me know next week if that helps. If you're committed to doing this program, I wouldn't suggest doing anything else. You want your muscle to rest and rest. If you decide not to complete program, I got you. Let me know.

      I'm so glad that you did a cardio class because we don't want to push because the weight-training is A LOT. I just finished recorded tomorrow's class and I felt your tears. You will have another shout out. We are here to encourage each other. Do you have a Treadmill/Elliptical/Bike if so you can use those as well.

      @Fly2fitchick I don't have anything yet, I only have weights (1 & 3 kg) and resistance bands, in fact those are my first ever and I bought them after about two weeks following you😁 I went through your live again and I've scheduled gym visits for the cardio days (first time in two years!) I have a better purpose this time so I'm hopeful!

    Tears were shed but I DID IT😭😭 I was about to give up until I just focused on getting to 16 at my own pace. It took me about 1 hr I guess but I'm proud of myself :') This was not easy at all for me :') I'll show up again tomorrow! Thank you for your encouragement💕

      What size weight are you using? You may need to drop down in size. If it's not the weight just the moves, again take your time and go at your pace. I'm so proud that you finished. Tomorrow is 30 min Cardio.

      Thank you!! I was so afraid to try again because I was reminded by my failure :( (gaining back the weight and even adding more). But this time it feels so much different, I'm enjoying every minute here, and it's way easier to keep going when I don't feel like it. That's when I know the deep work is working and I just have to keep going :)

    Chandra, I hope you don't mind me sharing this. I've been in and out of medications since I was 24 for anxiety and deppression but I still feel like something is not right (I will be 28 next March :) still young, I know, but I genuinely thought I wouldn't live this long and now I'm cpnfused lol :)) I was diagnosed with CPTSD last November, found something that worked for me (something like emotional release therapy and yes, mindfullness!) and I've never felt better! For me, everything is rooted in my trauma; abandonment, neglect, years of repressed emotions, childhood trauma, SA, unadressed grief, eveything! I think we are so afraid that a diagnose would automatically put us in a 'box', like we belong to this certain type, and the other sides of us that don't belong to that 'box' are not really 'us'. That's not the case, you are as Chandra as any other day. In this journey, we're just going to sit with some parts of ourselves that we haven't really 'met' and isn't that beautiful? To know and meet all kinds of parts of ourselves? We're here, we're with you, and we have MANY OTHER videos to replay on your channel if you don't feel like uploading 'on time' (listen up, Flyers!)😂😂 You are Chandra, I am Kirana, and we are definitely going to be okay :) (Btw Kirana also come from the Sanskrit and has similar meaning😉)

      Thank you for sharing and I agree with EVERYTHING you said. I'm so thankful for that accident that stopped me from driving that trauma brought so much more to light. My next tattoo will say Gracefully Broken, there is a blessing in the brokenness. As long as we continue to put in the work we will be ok. Wow, and our names have similar meaning that is beautiful. I was listening to by singing bowls that I bought in India and the peace I felt. Again, thank you for sharing this post has truly given me Joy!

      It's not good at all. Then when I do wake up I have all the energy. Those 2 things don't even go together. Tomorrow is my first therapy visit so hopefully I will get something that can help me get some sleep. I've been losing days; meaning I don't know if it's Monday or Tuesday. Better days are ahead.
