you just saved me from getting my a** beaten up by my father. actually i received my new smartwatch 1 day agoo but at the time of receiving it i didnt checked it properly but when i checked it properly later, i found it was missing its left strap's lock lever button and i got a nearly heartattch because of it but after watching your video i have really calmed down now a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you sir, managed to do it, mine was broken in a way where there wasn't a hole, only an irregular surface, and it was hard to spin, but it worked out in the end thanks!
@@montanapranke3555 It was hard and it took me a while, I manged to make it spin by doing very small movements towards the right direction. It was hard but it's possible. Best of luck, I know how difficult and annoying it is to solve this
Older video, but any suggestions for it I have the end part of the spring bar broken inside the hole of the watch, not sure how to get that little metal bit out.
You just changed my life. I wish I would have watched this before I cut the band off. Lol thanks again! 🙏🙂

Thanks so much! I discovered that mine was broken and had no idea what to do. I got it right off and installed my new watch band.
Thank you so much for this video.
Thanks man. 👍

Thank you!
Thank you!!!!
Really helpful 👍 but my spring bar won't rotate no matter what 🙄 one side of strap is off fine but not other 😢
Try put a bit of a rubber band at the end to get extra grip
Any advice on what to do if on top of this... my quick release spring bar is jammed / refuses to compress (possibly due to rusting etc.)?
Try a bit of lubricant like wd40?
I had the same issue and the WD-40 did help indeed as suggested. Thank you
How do you replace quick release spring bars on a metal watchband? Does the nub unscrew?
Have you got one that has built in spring bars?
@@strapify yes, but one of them broke. I'm wondering if I just have to replace it.
@@TheTrueHasenfeffer probably. Send me an email hello@strapify.com.au if you want me to look at it
@@strapify thanks, I'll do that. Send you a photo. They got them in there somehow
