I’m so very concerned about the state of the church. We had to leave our church of 12 years last year and it was and is heartbreaking to me.. the spirit of the age has been adopted by Christians en masse. Your title is spot on. It’s like I tell my children in parenting, “I’m sorry that the truth hurts your feelings because you feel convicted, but I cannot and will not ever stop being the bearer of truth in your life-regardless of how the truth makes you feel.”
When a born again believer, speaks the Truth on any subject, based on God's Truth, the attacks are evidence you're doing what you should, and being the Salt & Light God calls us to. Be encouraged John! 🙏🙌
I remember a profesor at a college mentioning to a student who was “offended” by his teaching on 1 Corinthians 13, “you’re not offended, you’re convicted”… we’ve forgotten about conviction, our need for it, and the fact that, yeah, it doesn’t “feel good”.

It BLOWS my mind, how unaware & yes WEAK people are!! My Granddad would be blow away of the condition of this country. My Granddad, WWII Vet, gave his ALL for FREEDOM, we are close to no longer being the GREATEST Country in the World!! I never thought I'd live to see America, the Church at this place...Matt 7:13-14 You can understand more and more what the narrow path TRULY means!! You are Sharing TRUTH John. All I see from the criticism you are receiving is that you're doing the right thing. I am at complete peace that I will never be able to share a stage with you because I know that one day we will be joining the heavenly choir singing God's praises for eternity, brother! God bless you, John.
“We are in a culture where feelings are the ultimate guide, happiness is the ultimate goal, judging is the ultimate sin, and God is the ultimate guess.” Natasha Crain in her book Faithfully Different. Wimpy weak and woke as a title is committing the ultimate sin of judging. Natasha’s book is an amazing analysis not just of culture but what is happening within Christianity as well. Probably a great companion to Cooper’s book.
John you're speaking truth for God in a way we now see that most Christians aren't and won't. We see the apostasy and lukewarm behavior from most churches and Christian circles. I'm SO thankful for you and your courage because it inspires, encourages and motivates me. It's sad to see the state of the church of today!

I'm about halfway through the book ( reading the Freud section right now) . Heavy reading, bro! But like you said, it's the only way to see where the foundation for the mindset comes from. I haven't been to church in a while, and I don't plan to go back. I've learned so much more from reading the Bible on my own. I do think it's great to read or talk about the Bible with others, but I highly recommend reading on your own first if you can. I just don't trust churches, especially these days. It feels great having a fellowship with people like John or anyone else in the comment section tho. We are the church! ✊

Keep speaking plainly! The title is great! There needs to be more that shows their love for Yeshua as you do by speaking up for truth. The ancient gods will always fight against the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob, they hate. Stand strong!!

The one's criticizing you John always come up the excuse that it's not loving to tell the truth. It's not what Jesus would do. Really?. What would Jesus do?. Probably exactly what He told the woman at the well. Go and sin no more. I'm convinced that scripture should be taught from the book of Revelation backwards so that they know Jesus better. The Lamb has come. The Lion is coming. ❤

The source of the problem is biblical illiteracy. Im not gonna blame the pastors too much because although teaching is their job we also have a personal responsibility to study for ourselves. If one can hear or read one has no excuse. Let God be true and every man a liar is my motto these days.

Also, I hear you about the comments. I commented on this on one of your announcements, and some rando guy comments and blasphemes the name of Jesus Christ. I had no choice but to delete the whole comment. I did not want my name associated with such sin. TBH, I'm thinking of no longer commenting on Facebook. People are vicious on FB... just sayin'...
The reason why people are triggered by your book is because you speak of the truth of God which is the only absolute truth which is undeniable and unwavering. God doesn't change for us and he never will.
When people are triggered by your book title, they call that “woke fragility.” 13:00
