- The driver of a stolen SUV was leading California Highway Patrol officers on a high-speed chase through multiple cities in the South Bay on Wednesday morning, swerving dangerously in and out of traffic while traversing freeways and surface streets. MORE: abc7.com/police-chase-pursuit...

I know it sounds weird, but I find these helicopter ones relaxing. It's the noise from the helicopter, I think. But I put these on and they help me sleep.

@@aliciatorres5426 yup because a magnet that strong would easily be able to pick ip the wrong vehicle. Not to mention the vehicle can just be crazy with throttle control. A magnet would also make it so the helicopter loses control and crashes

In the future, cars will be required to have kill switches that can be operated remotely by police.

@@jimpress8478 You're missing the point. The only way you know it's a stolen vehicle is if you keep the same plate on the vehicle and it comes back to that.
If you swap plates from a completely unrelated vehicle theirs no paper trail unless the cop was to physically see the vin on the stolen car. You'd think this would be somewhat common knowledge.
