Well that poor guy who the cop sent the dog after had nothing to do with any of this. He better get himself a lawyer asap. How they didn't radio what the actually suspect was wearing is beyond me. I just read the news report and I disagree with so much. The guy that was attacked (Not subdued he wasn’t resisting) by the dog wasn’t in the vehicle. He was walking out of the store when the suspect ran in. I hope he sues the police, County and state. We all saw 1 person run toward the liquor store. If there was another person running, I’m sure it was in the opposite direction.

It wasn’t until they had him on the ground that the dog was biting on him when the dog had no reason to do so. That was very unprofessional and I hope he sues them for that.

@@ripvanrevs, he was instantly compliant when the police approached him, therefore it appears that the police was totally wrong for engaging the k-9, unless the k-9 attacked without a command; at any rate he was unlawfully attacked even if he committed some other criminal act. I'm not a cop basher, however this was a bad move.
In the attached article it says the dog subdued the guy and that he was also a third suspect in the car. It’s all BS

these reporters were giving a solid take, using what they saw and knew to be accurate and fair. then after talking about the possible lawsuit and how it seems wrong to still have the man in cuffs whom was illegally violently assaulted by the police, they suddenly change tone and start making up lies like "well he could have been a passenger we didn't see" even though they had already seen him exiting the liquor store before the driver had fled that far meaning it's impossible for him to have been from that car and then they harped on about how they have no way of knowing if he was involved even though, do to what i just said about what they themselves filmed and saw, they DID HAVE A WAY OF KNOWING AND DID KNOW that he wasn't from that car... their bosses must have told them to chill on the accurate reporting about the police corruption.

I have never seen more incompetent chases as these. There was an opportunity to hit the back corner of the car to spin him out at a corner that was completely free of vehicles. It could’ve been over long time ago.
