As if parking a car in front of him was the most dangerous thing ever. A pit manoeuvre is much more dangerous. They were more dangerous to the public than he was.
A low speed pit is not more dangerous to the public.
Encircling him at a stoplight with cars around and getting in a shootout is much more dangerous.

I found a old pepper spray I had around a year ago and thought I'd see if it was still any good had it turn the wrong way and boy I thought I was going to loose consness my eyes burning my throat was burning I really didn't think I was going to make it
And even after washing my face hands I was suffering for 2 hours more because it was on my clothes and skin so I had to shower also so this guy is amazing how he can take all that spray and still sat there

I have 8 of those same bottles myself, and have used them for drag racing for the last 3 decades, so i have been up close and personal to them thousands of times, and plenty enough to be sure thatbis what he has.
If that bottle has been legally filled by an honest retailer that refills nitrous bottles, it SHOULD contain a substance called "Nitrous Plus ➕️", which is regular Nitrous Oxide mixed with a very NASTY tasting Sulfur compound that is SO nasty to inhale, that it curbs abuse from huffing it. It would be like striking about 5 matches all at once, and immediately inhaling the stinky smoke that comes off the matches as they flame to life.
Some people can tolerate the Sulfur nastiness, but I SURELY wouldn't want to do it.
The bottle could also have been filled by a dishonest seller that gets medical grade Nitrous instead of the racing "Nitrous Plus"➕️.
The ONLY difference between the two is that the racing nitrous has the nasty Sulfur added to it to discourage abuse.
Legend has it that he negotiated for another bottle of NAS and is still in his truck.
