I'm going to give it an 8. Most of it was pretty boring until the last five minutes of the actual Chase on the freeway. It got pretty dramatic toward the end and the narration was spot-on.

Being put on paperwork duty for weeks or even months while they do an investigation is standard rules for police involved in a shooting. There isnt a way around that, no matter how justified the shooting may be. They still must do an investigation EVERY single time to see if the police shooting was justified, and until they prove that it was, the cops not able to be doing his job. It requires the officer to do quite a few things they wouldnt normally have to do and lets be honest they put their job at risk everytime they fire their gun. Theres always that ONE possibility that you break some rule after you shoot your gun. Is it really worth it for the cop to shoot? If his life is not truly in danger? They'll lose more time, $ and stress than is worth shooting at some idiot. Rather just go home and come back the next day, it makes more sense.

The female suspect that was arrested is: Niqwayzh Green, 26-years-old. And she was already on parole for burglary.

Craziest ending I have seen. That company truck is pretty much done. The total amount of money spent for the chase , money in damaged property, etc. will be staggering. Need to come up with a solution to stop this kind of theft from ever going this far. It is just too common every day occurrence. I thought when she began to slam in to the police vehicles they should have brought it to an end in that drive way by what ever means.

Only in California. Other States will PIT suspects at well over 60mph and more. Other States will have no problem shutting down a highway. Other States will use tools like the Grappler. Other States can station a few well trained officers with slug-loaded shotguns in a safe spot with no crossfire risk, then send several rounds in the engine compartment.
Only California allows a chase to last forever and put residents at risk by doing nothing.
Even if the suspect is armed, there are ways to stop them safely.
California officers need to remember their cars ARE tools. An SUV with push bumpers will do wonders.
