I just seen one 2 days ago, the driver disappeared under a bridge, never came out the other side. The choppers gave up and the fuzz didn't even swarm the last position he was at.

Pedos get 6 months for their first offense and half that most of the time for good behavior but if you smoke a joint you can be charged with a dui with in 2 hours of driving..90 days in jail for first time... so legit just being home smoking weed where its legal a hour and a half after getting home from work will get you the same punishment as diddling. If it was a coordinated switch they did it all wrong. They could have driven away normally, not speeding and being obvious. The cops would have seen the car stopped and they would have stopped behind it. By the time they realized the car was empty they would have been gone already

Green means go, yellow means everyone slows to 20 MPH and no passing, and red means stop immediately wherever you are. Having section of the city stop there cars and the idiots running won't be able to get anywhere.
