I love Yamai as a character. There’s something mysterious about him as you go through the game that makes him three-dimensional in my opinion.
I love how Leon is always trying not to use any skills because he knows it’ll be over in no time lol

God its kinda refreshing to have the yakuza do crimes and like break into houses. Also i like how low steaks it is. Also i like eiji actually doing shit to help in the fight makes me kinda like him at this point just for that
Yamai, If there's gonna be another LAD series, I hope he'll be back. Feel bad for his group that has to hold the fort, until, Yamai back from prison.

The random guy who isn't relevant to the plot in the seiryu clan HQ started crying after reading that yamai is the first boss of this game.
Nice to see that the Dondoko beam's available early NG+, alongwith some other substory skills. Wonder if this means IW NG+ keeps substory clears.
(For reference, LAD NG+ needed reclearing business for Orbital Laser)

i hope they explore the concept of support characters more in future titles; theres juust enough space in the ui for one more party member so you could have one support and the usual four fighters xd though it would be kind of op

Infinite Wealth really puts LaD combat in shame, you handle them so fun and easily.
I find it absolutely hilarious that the music used in the cutscene before this fight is the same music used before Tendo’s boss fight back in LAD. Has that ever been released by the way? Because it SLAPS.

The first time I heard Slugfest and then saw this dynamic intro of Yamai I was like "OOOOOH GOD PLEASE GAME, LEMME FIGHT YAMAI AND HIS FACTION MAAAAANY TIMES AGAIN!!".
Very happy to say that IW didn't disappoint me on this.
Yamai fights were definitely my favourite ones in the whole game, and just having him on screen always brought a weird smile on my face.
Best fights, best soundtracks (Kooky is also fucking amazing ❤) and best character from Infinite Wealth !
I really hope we'll get to see him again in the future 🥺

Holy moly how much did you grind? I was the same level as the fight when I started it on Legend, I started the playthrough as soon as I hit the recommended level of 75

Any recommendations for grinding xp in my first game premium adventure? Cause i want to play on hard and then when i complete ng+ hard ill do legend but i need to grind a lot
Which bat are you using? I've been trying to collect as many weapons as possible for default classes and I know this one doesn't come from Julie's.
Is it actually worth it using any other jobs for Kiryu and Kasuga? Or it's way better if i kept them with their unique jobs ( Kasuga = Hero ) ( Kiryu = Dragon of Dojima )
I love that we got allies that weren't in the actual party in this game I hope this comes back in Yakuza 9.

what item do you have that heals you when you are done with your turn?
It's the weapon I'm using, Supernova Bat! You can craft it at the workshop.

The Big Swell + Job EXP items. As for how long it takes, it depends on what your goal is.

Can't remember by name at the moment but it one that's slightly weaker than the ultimate bat
Its called "Supernova Bat", which is a fire imbued weapon that restores HP whenever you use basic attack or skills

@@RevvieStarlight you get it by buying a bat called "Superalloy Bat", which located in Hawaii where there are stores that sells it which are in Reef Riders and Panthera Sports Kingdom, after that craft it at Julie's workshop.
Is sujimancer any good? It looks absolutely trash, even for a new job, but i'd like to have opinions from other people
It's extremely underwhelming for most of the game. When you get kiwami sujimons it suddenly becomes one of highest damage dealers though
