I think you just choose one button prompt and hit it as the time goes over it

Basically, when that arrow at the bottom is travelling along the yellow timer line, you press any of the 4 buttons you want as the arrow passes over it. If you press a button with the right timing, you'll get a "Gleaming" sound cue when you hit the button, and the photo will come out as sparkly, meaning you got a Best Shot.

@@zepupich It just happens randomly, as part of the Majima everywhere stuff. It doesn't trigger any cutscenes or majima battles or the sort though. But I think it does make progress on the Majima Everywhere stuff, I don't entirely know for sure.
