That Thunderbolt Ars Solum combo I did is consistent; as long as you catch him during his slow shotlock attack, he will stagger for as many hits as you can fit in. Terranort in the Secret Episode has the same property, so it can be done with Aqua's faster hits as well
I think it exists so that the player can stop Terranort immedietly from doing that shotlock as long as you block and he'll take every hit you deflect (but for some reason, not the longer one.) Really strange, but it goes to show what BBS would look like if you could use your fun moves against humanoid bosses

Use those to get to the higher points of skull rock and air slide all the way across to the other side(you should see a ledge) and there should be a chest with ars solum. straight up it was the most fun of the three because he's the least easy to cheese super hard with dodging forever you have to actually time your dodges
redmadness when you play this game you need to beat it as 3 characters: Aqua, Ventus, and Terra. This video shows that they beat the game as Terra, and when they went to replay it as another character, they saved over the Terra save file not realizing you’re actually supposed to make a new file for every character. Because of that they had to replay the entire Terra campaign again, and spent the whole thing really kicking ass at it Terra’s is usually considered the hardest because magic is broken good in this game and Terra has the lowest magic stat so he has to use physical attacks. He’s also the only character that isn’t invincible during his dodge so it’s really hard to avoid getting hit a lot

I think the worst part about Terra is that every single boss moves faster than him, and just everything about him is slow. So when Xehanort takes Terra's body and still moves faster than you it's an extra hard slap to the face that you're just too slow to dodge.

Outtake fiend I’ve given them all a chance, they’re fun enough for being on handhelds I guess, currently playing through ddd on critical, would 100% not mind if abilities were unlocked by playing, combo modifiers returned, actual party members, as well as actual abilities tied to keyblades, smoother gameplay overall and normal synthesis again. But Giggity copied his other file (which was at the beginning) and replaced the file he originally set out to copy. I actually did that too - also by accidentally saving Ventus over Terra. Ended up speeding through Terra’s whole story in like 6 hours while chatting with a friend.
anythingnew It's not just the strength, but how it is conveyed. Playing Terra is incredibly fun, so many skills and the weight in combat is just right. It doesn't feel like playing a weak character who doesn't know what to do with the keyblade. Also, he does not create a bubble when blocking, so you still require some timing in that field. Sadly, Terra's story mode features too little exploration and leaves you wishing for more.

I had a Ventus 100% savefile once, I wanted to chill after a bad day so I rolled up a joint and started a new gameplay with Terra. Imagine my fucking reaction when I ended up overwriting Ventus' file with the new Terra one by mistake. I didn't even rage, I just gave up on life, turned my PS4 off and went to sleep.
Funnily enough, this happened to me too. I had to replay Terra's story cause by System Storage got corrupted, and I managed to beat Terranort first try on that file too.
Re doing this shit is honestly one of the worst gaming experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I’m currently in the process of finishing this entire game once and for all. It’s not a bad game in fact it’s amazing but it takes way too long to level up and to get abilities is REALLY confusing. I beat this game and got all three characters to over level 60/70 on the psp/ps3 final mix now I’ve been on and off for a whole year straight playing it for the PS4. I have all three characters over level 50, with ventus level 99, terra lv 80 and aqua level 50/60 something. It’s been over a week because I’ve taken yet another break, but shit happens. The game becomes so repetitive to the point that if you do beat this game 100%, never do it again. Never ever re do a file. The amount of times I’ve beaten this game is unreal. I’ve only bothered to get to over level 70 a few times for each character. This is my first time actually completing everything and I’m almost there. Just sad that I should have done this years ago back when it was remastered for PS3 but the game gets so repetitive, I become bored. Tetsuya needs to step up his game. The franchise kind of went down hill from bbs, it really did. Once I finally beat bbs final mix 100 percent, I’m not spending another 70 sole hours doing it again. I can beat kingdom hearts II FINAL MIX on critical mode and get to level 99 back to back blindfolded while lifting a ten pound dumbbell with my dick while Birth by sleep requires you to be more patient than everything.

I actually did that too - also by accidentally saving Ventus over Terra. Ended up speeding through Terra’s whole story in like 6 hours while chatting with a friend.
I don't see the issue Terra's is the most fun to play.
Until you have to fight Mysterious Figure. That fight is a nightmare as the other two characters; with Terra there's just no fun to it.
anythingnew It's not just the strength, but how it is conveyed. Playing Terra is incredibly fun, so many skills and the weight in combat is just right. It doesn't feel like playing a weak character who doesn't know what to do with the keyblade. Also, he does not create a bubble when blocking, so you still require some timing in that field.
Sadly, Terra's story mode features too little exploration and leaves you wishing for more.

Exploration can be a part of research, a necessary step to find and destroy your enemy or even a way to discover the truth (perhaps, if Terra had stopped to explore the worlds and understand the situation they are in, he would not have been deceived so easily).

I had a Ventus 100% savefile once, I wanted to chill after a bad day so I rolled up a joint and started a new gameplay with Terra. Imagine my fucking reaction when I ended up overwriting Ventus' file with the new Terra one by mistake. I didn't even rage, I just gave up on life, turned my PS4 off and went to sleep.

Funnily enough, this happened to me too. I had to replay Terra's story cause by System Storage got corrupted, and I managed to beat Terranort first try on that file too.
Re doing this shit is honestly one of the worst gaming experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I’m currently in the process of finishing this entire game once and for all. It’s not a bad game in fact it’s amazing but it takes way too long to level up and to get abilities is REALLY confusing. I beat this game and got all three characters to over level 60/70 on the psp/ps3 final mix now I’ve been on and off for a whole year straight playing it for the PS4. I have all three characters over level 50, with ventus level 99, terra lv 80 and aqua level 50/60 something. It’s been over a week because I’ve taken yet another break, but shit happens. The game becomes so repetitive to the point that if you do beat this game 100%, never do it again. Never ever re do a file. The amount of times I’ve beaten this game is unreal. I’ve only bothered to get to over level 70 a few times for each character. This is my first time actually completing everything and I’m almost there. Just sad that I should have done this years ago back when it was remastered for PS3 but the game gets so repetitive, I become bored. Tetsuya needs to step up his game. The franchise kind of went down hill from bbs, it really did. Once I finally beat bbs final mix 100 percent, I’m not spending another 70 sole hours doing it again. I can beat kingdom hearts II FINAL MIX on critical mode and get to level 99 back to back blindfolded while lifting a ten pound dumbbell with my dick while Birth by sleep requires you to be more patient than everything.
