@@SickNick08 They did work hard and the results were great, but people wanted a different story. It is based on realism, and realism cannot give you results you want. So, just except it.
@@rahanben People were hating on the game so I expected to hate it too but I wanted to make my own opinion on it and it was pretty good but it wasn’t nearly as good as the first and it made we wish the series was an anthology and only followed Abby in the sequel to have more world building cause it seems like there was a lot of things that could have explored further.
Ever think Naughty Dog could do a prequel and could easily bring Joel back explore the 20 years we didn’t see in Part 1. Could still happen
@@ryans413 yeah but it really wouldn’t be the same Joel. That guy would be just as bad as a lot of the enemies you face in the series. As much as I LOVE Tlou2 I do think killing Joel off so early really limits what we get to see of the two. I wish you spent the second game getting to know Abby and then she finds out who Joel is and gets her revenge in the third game.

The Fallout 4 announcement/show wil always have a special place in my heart, it was so well done and set up. Of course TLOU 2, God of War and Resident Evil 7 (with one of the best title drops i've seen in years) were also incredible to watch in real time.

Toxcity Bass GTA is a frequent franchise. Sure it's awesome, but the cheers won't be as huge as the last of us 2, RDR 2 (if shown in a confernce) or FF7 remake. These are games we weren't sure that were happening, while gta is expected. It'll get a cheer, not a deafening one.

They’re mad because they didn’t get their “Hero prevails in the end and acquires justice”. Aka a DISNEY narrative. That Sombra reveal... a lot of GAMES don't get that much hype.
the sad part was the character itself...
Actually, somber is HIGHLY competitive as she shuts down the entire dive meta, D.Va and Winston/Genji and tracer in a few seconds by getting rid of defense matrix and/or mobility. Her gun does quite a bit of damage, and she is a great disruptor to a push if you hack the main tank, kill the main healer and gtfo. If your team is any good, they'll kill the remaining healer if there is one and wreck the main tank (Rein or Winston) as they will be caught with their pants down. If you don't have EMP but your Hanzo/Zarya want to use their Ultimates, then hack the D.Va and take away any chance she had of blocking the Ults, or a genji if you fear him deflecting it.
EMP takes away all shields, barriers, it hacks the enemy, and it's a perfect way to set up a McCree Deadeye or a Reaper Death Blossom. Plus, It shows if mercy has rez, and she's easy to kill without her mobility.
Not to mention the actual surprising scale of her EMP's ability. It removes half of zarya's health instantly as it is shields, removes Zenyatta to 50 hp as 150 of his health is shields, and more and more characters. Constantly throughout the battle you are denying the enemy team until they crumble, and I find it to be the most fun character to play, at least for now.
Overwatch is overrated, people got that excited over a character :/ I'd much rather have Team Fortress 3.

I mean the people at Blizzcon were almost certainly huge fans of Overwatch specifically, so something smaller would obviously get a similar reaction from such a devoted crowd
Yeah, the problem is that at Blizzcon only fans of Blizzard games is there, so of course it's going to be big and like an echochamber, whereas with the other games there were many who wouldn't or didn't care for certain games.

+Jusi Isaak Yes indeed, my friend. Overwatch updates alot more frequently and even has a PTR for people to test the new update before it gets put onto the live version. Also, they crack down on cheaters alot better than in CS.
The biggest sweetness i notice in announcement reacts, is that how much a developer's name can mean. When they just put out the name of Capcom or From Software and the crowd is blowing up. Just amazing.

@@spugg713 yep I played death stranding. There is not much action, but it's beautiful. The graphics and the storyline are amazing. And it's an open world so you can roam wherever you want. But if you want a full action game like mortal kombat ,I wouldn't suggest this game.

Speak for yourself. I have high hopes for Death Stranding and whatever course it takes I hope we will get a philosophical mindfuck over 9000. I would never loved MGS (even Metal Gear was splendid for its time) that much if it was just for the gameplay. It set some milestones but what made it really unique was the story and characters. Politics, symbolism, philosophy. Let's see if the Kojima Team can reach the next level of storytelling.
