And I believe their average natural lifespan is about 200. Vhagar is something like 160 or 170 years old. I think Meleys is about 85 or 90. And poor cute little Sunfyre is all of 20 or 25 at this point.

Without Maegor’s extremism, the Targ dynasty would’ve lost to the faith within 2 generations post-conquest. The Faith then knew they had to use back-door methods to take down magic and essentially the Targs and their dragons - hence the theories of the grey rats (maesters using sorcery) poisoning Targ women which lands in them birthing deformed dragon-babies. Visenya’s point would’ve made sense had they presented a new faith to Westeros, like the Andals did by cutting down the weirwoods and introducing the Seven and the south abandoned the old gods.

@@JessP-ut9gl not doing so didn’t do them any favours because after the 2 conquerors died, the faith was actively in support of the rebels against Aenys. Without Maegor’s extremism, the Targ dynasty would’ve lost to the faith within 2 generations post-conquest. The Faith then knew they had to use back-door methods to take down magic and essentially the Targs and their dragons - hence the theories of the grey rats (maesters using sorcery) poisoning Targ women which lands in them birthing deformed dragon-babies. Visenya’s point would’ve made sense had they presented a new faith to Westeros, like the Andals did by cutting down the weirwoods and introducing the Seven and the south abandoned the old gods.

And about your theory, I 100% agree, I felt the same way to add to why Rhaynis didn't just go home. First she was fighting her kid cousins, and she didn't want to do that in the 1st place. You're so funny! I love your recaps 💓 I have a couple of theories about why Rhaenys went back. 1. She thought she might be able to finish off Aemond and Vhagar. 2. She didn't know where Vhagar was (there was lots of smoke in the air) and thought that trying to escape would be more dangerous than going on the offensive. Remember what happened to Lucerys! He couldn't escape Vhagar even though he tried. 3. She didn't want to abandon their allies at the castle.

The official wiki says moon tea does both. It can prevent pregnancy and cause termination if already pregnant. In game of thrones there was a statement after jon snow did stuff with ygritte that if she becomes pregnant she'll just drink moon tea.

I think Rhaena and Meleyes had a shot at taking down Vagar. Meleyes was younger and more agile plus she was fast and mean. She could’ve driven the bigger dragon in to a bad crash or something.

I was so pissed about losing Rhaenys and Meleys, way too soon for that!😢 Rhaenys is a boss if there ever was one! I thought that Aemond was going to kill the Dummy King, and he would have done that if Criston cole didn't interrupt it, wish that stupid Criston cole would have just butted out. I thought the moon tea is both, its like a Westeros type of Plan B and abortion pill tea all in one.
