Agatha All Along Review of Episode 4 series 2. While some liked Wandavision from the start this series is predictable in it's disaster. The show is praised for it's subtlety and shipping, and at least it has shipping. Each episode seems to just be a situation ripped straight from the creators life. Drinking and bad kareoke are the themes of episodes 3 and 4, so you can place your bets for what the future will hold. But as we discover the true fans of Agatha all Along, if Disney+ shows continue their standard path and get worse the further they go on. The pandering might go off the charts. on a side note you know what the best and worst thing about south park is?? that series has so many classic episodes, i feel more then the simpsons, when one drops like the disney episode its forgotten quickly or maybe its just the times we live in.....
South Park has always been "fast" - They put out episodes about things in the news within weeks, but that does mean that a lot of them have a shelf life. But at least they are consistently funny when they come out.

I know for a fact that TENS of people love this show. TENS!!! Sure, most of them were on the production team, but still TENS!!!. I hope, for the first time in Disney Plus's history, that these people can manage to FAIL DOWNWARDS the way they should.

and most of all don't need to make sense...
The thing is... Shows genuinely shouldn't be for EVERYONE. But they have to be for SOMEONE. Making shows that are literally for NO-ONE is the kind of hubris that in earlier epochs was punished by tidal waves.

This show is so f*cking boring. It´s like someone make a whole series just from bottle episodes, with limited sets, budget and casts. Disney says they are happy because the show costs only 40$ milions. Forty?! Even a whole milion is too much.

This... show... seems to have had less re-shooting than most, but the Haus of Maus has a habit of under-reporting production budgets, except where they're padding them to claim tax credits. They never report the full cost including marketing.

It sounded like Jac Shafer was saying that she sees herself as a witch or they represent LBGT or something. Why would she then write a show where all the witches are self-interested and evil? I get that Agatha is an existing character but the only character that seems to not be intentionally written as sociopathic is the dude.

I'm sorry... but I am a woman... and I HATE all of this... it's so ridiculous. I mean, sure shipping is fun sometimes, but it's not supposed to actually MAKE IT INTO THE SHOWS. Like, I'd LOVE to have the Throne of Glass or ACOTAR series made into a show. It's actually well written, well defined characters and world building with clear goals and boundaries, but also written for women. Elves and witches and other dimensions of characters without having to steal lore from well written ones by men for men. I grew up with a brother so I love and enjoy male oriented things too. I'll watch One Punch Man and My Happy Marriage, DBZ and Fruits Basket, with equal enjoyment!

somehow I enjoy bad shows on TV, without watching them although, since they allow you guys make such great satire and commentary. this is the best way to start my day.

They would understand why the civilization was wiped out.
They just want to capture the whimsy of wandavision but the era/outfit changes were contextualised in the story for it to make some narrative sense too. Here it’s just so obvious that they are clip farming. And I’ve never been so aware of the fact that they are acting before. It’s so unnatural they can’t even make the characters believable as people.
Most of why WandaVision worked was cuz of Elizabeth and Paul doing the heavy lifting, Kathryn had better material to work with there
Here they have nothing for anyone to work with and Kathryn can’t even save this cuz she’s surrounded by nonsense and silly script writing, the show is so desperate to recreate what Elizabeth
