Yogurt is not just for lightning dark spots..... It's also great for yeast infections and uncircumcised men.... You just mix a little bit of honey and yogurt and you apply to the area.... After a couple of hours rinse off and clean the area.....Probiotic yogurt (labeled as "live yogurt" or "active yogurt") is yogurt pasteurized to kill bacteria with Lactobacillus..... You can also place it in areas where you are experiencing chafing......

    Hi Dr. Alexis!
    I love your channel!
I have a question: I have an adult cousin who has oily, acne-prone skin.
I recommend that she use CEREVE for oily and acneic skin cleanser and CEREVE aha and Bha acne control gel and EADAM serum to help remove the hyperpigmentation.
I learned about these products from you, and she stated that her skin has improved after two weeks of using them. Thank you, Doctor! 🙏🏾
However, a new product called "CEREVE skin renewing nightly exfoliating treatment" was released recently; do you think this new product would be beneficial to her cleansing regimen as well? Can you recommend a mask for oily acneic skin?
Thank you doctor for all your help!
