After a couple of hours rinse off and clean the area.....Probiotic yogurt (labeled as "live yogurt" or "active yogurt") is yogurt pasteurized to kill bacteria with Lactobacillus..... You can also place it in areas where you are experiencing chafing......

The Inkey list has a nice lactic acid exfoliant at 5% so does Naturium( 5% vegan lactic acid) and The ordinary has one at 10%. I recommend to start low and go slow when it comes to chemical exfoliants. Hope this helps!

I also have oily skin which was weird because when I wash my face, it does not make my face dry or strip moisture off my face completely. @@LifewithTemmy your skin has to adjust to it... So try it a couple of times just don't apply to your whole face just to the area that you're looking to lighten.... And try a different brand of yogurt.... I like Walmart original plain yogurt.... The Great value brand.... I have an inflammatory disease ..... It causes pigment patches on my skin..... And the yogurt really does help to lighten them up...///both yogurt and Greek yogurt will lighten skin.... I use original Great value yogurt.... You can also use original yogurt and squeeze a little bit of lemon juice in it mix it up and apply it you'll see faster and better results.... If you use the l yogurt & lemon only leave it on for 20 minutes no longer and then rinse off....
I'd suggest against using it down stairs, might mess with it. Even unsweetened ones! Wouldnt want to even use it on the bikini line bc i wouldnt want to risk it any possibility of it seeping down and inadvertently feeding the yeast. As Dr. A has suggested, a lactic acid serum or something will be far more effective anyway

I like to make my own face mask about twice a week, and unless I find a recipe to try I mix together 2 teaspoons of yogurt and 1 teaspoon of honey :)

She used 0% fat. I use the full fat and it always leaves my skin feeling moisturized.

In my culture we use yogurt masks when our skins are very dry. Yogurt will do nothing to your dark marks
