Love how you present the facts and give detailed explanations! I love lactic acid as my aha and use along with a 2 % bha. I only exfoliate 1x a week… using retinol 5 days and one day of recovery.

Thank you for the informative videos. They have helped me make informed decisions that I feel confident about. I look forward to future videos.
I'm so glad that you mentioned using a separate and stronger exfoliate on your body. I've recently bought the L'Oréal 10% pure glycolic acid and the Amlactin 15% lactic acid lotion. I have KP on my legs (mostly) and my arms. Right now I just alternate days. But I also would like to get a retinoid to use as well. I haven't heard of full body chemical peels that much but I'm sure they are being done. Btw, your videos are always very informative.
@Melinda Penny Skin of color needs to be careful with glycolic Acid, we can burn our skin very easily with it. I only use glycolic acid 1xweek. I changed from 10 % lactic acid to 5%. The 10% was getting too strong after a while.
