I'm so thankful for your presence on RUclips, sharing all this valuable knowledge in these consistently high-quality content videos you make. I always really enjoy watching your videos and learning, it's really inspiring and I'm constantly improving on my skincare routine taking your pieces of advice. What you guys are doing is so important! Thank you.
"It should not burn"... there I was, going to stop using my exfoliator that I was not feeling. I've watched many videos on exfoliation and still learned from this one. Thank you
I'm such a skincare junkie and I absolutely love your videos. Thanks for all the great content. It would be awesome to do a video on common contraindications (ex. Don't use retinol on the same day as you use this other product) or a video on precautions for pregnant women. I like I said I'm a skincare junkie, I love having a multi step routine and often mix it up. I plan to become pregnant in the next year and would love a video on what products/ingredients from my extensive collection are not pregnancy friendly.
@Alex Paul yeah. I am having my exams. As soon as I am done, I guess it need to definitely check that out. The funny thing is I never had to care about all these things up until now. My sister is a year older than me, and the genetics I tell you. She needs nothing. She applies nothing. Lol. And definitely applies no make up either. She doesn't need one. Lol
heyy if you’re having dry painful eyelids coz they’re thin try la roche posey eye cream! Ive been using it for a few months now and even tho my eyelids are still thin asf,, they are not that sensitive anymore
You guys are incredible! I am a 60 years old woman with a very bad skin texture. I had bad acne for many years, and now I have scars on my face. I hated my skin all my life, so always felt it’s a waste of time to try anything to improve it. I found you guys a few months ago, and since than I started buying products and used it on my face. I hope it’s not too late….. you are both amazing, I love the laughs, and I become addicted to your videos… 😂
No, it's not too late. My aunty started working on hers at 59, the process might be a bit slower but you will sure notice a reasonable difference and of course it's always better than not trying
😄 keep that laughing. It’s fun , it’s positive and it’s so nice to see docs having a good time with your audience. There is a lot of serious in your respected field. Laughter is the best medicine there is. Thank you both..
These videos are so empowering(?) honestly. I don’t know how else to phrase it, but being armed with the information I need to take care of my skin myself is so incredible. I’ve been going to dermatologists since I was eleven but this is the first time I’ve felt like I can actually solve my skin issues, and I don’t need to spend as much money as I would have otherwise! Thank you so much for creating accessible education for people!
I feel the same way too. I'm so grateful to these. Been to so many dermatologists over the years and have implemented just a few of their suggestions and seeing way more improvement that I ever have.
I went to a dermatologist ONCE in my life... she walked in, looked at my skin, moved her face close to mine, squinted, and ask "why is your skin so dry?" I was too shocked to speak (like... isn't that your job? This is embarrassing for me so why are you coming at me wild?). She then told me to go buy a cleanser (which tbf her recommendation I still use and love today), some prescription with zero instructions ("Instructions are on the label), and then told me put on sun block every day, and left. It sounds completely uneventful because it was: this all happened in a span of like 2 minute interaction. I was so mortified I never went back. So yes, I agree with you! 😄 With these guys, feel like I'm my own better dermatologist than the lady who went to Cornell. 🙄
You guys are awesome. Favorite RUclips channel for sure. ! I had a question. I am used to using a strong chemical peel which I use probably every 6 to 8 weeks. I want to know when I can use retinol along with a strong peel. 40 % AHA 2 %BHA & 18 % TCA . Also, how often should I use such a strong peel ? Or is it better to use milder peels that can be used weekly ? I use the strong peels because I have some post acne pigmentation I want to get rid of. They help ! But I'm wondering how often to use them and for how long and when I can use retinol along with them ?
It’s so refreshing to hear you both talk about Keratosis. When I was a kid, I went to doctor after doctor, through cream after cream. A doctor literally told my dad that I just needed to get out in the sun and i would “grow out of it.” 😑 Now, as an adult, I have an explanation, so I have a routine and my skin is amazing. But I really had to just kind of - figure it out - for so long. It makes me happy to know that this is being brought forward and hopefully other kids will see this stuff on the internet and won’t feel the need to hide behind their clothes like I felt I had to. ❤️
I have it all over my body but especially on parts where there's a lot of friction from clothing, backpacks etc.. I have head creams that helped (not dramatically though) but they have to be applied at least twice a day and are ridiculously expensive given that much usage. I've basically given up treating it on the body too much, brush it every once in a while and moisturize. It's just too large of an area to brush all the time. I'd rather sleep 🤣
I have a similar story (but with rosacea). I'm absolutely floored by how many people share our experiences of, quite frankly, straight up malpractice. It frustrates me think of all the times either I was judged for my skin health or how much I've limited myself because of it.
@lars @serena It starts, all the way down to the products you clean your home with. We use organic products low in fragrance as far as cleaning supplies & sprays. We use laundry products free of fragrance. We have found that the All, Tide & again Free & Clear work great. In the shower we use Cerave baby body wash or Goat milk soaps. For lotions I use Goat milk lotions. If you use fake tanner, look up fake tanners that are good for eczema. I can’t remember the brand that I recently bought but I got the recommendation from RUclips. Also, people don’t think about their shampoos & conditioners but I use Redken regularly. Make sure you’re utilizing shampoo & conditioner properly. Last but not least, I limit baths & shaving to once a week. I shower the other days. & When I finish my bath, I take a quick shower to ensure no product is left sitting.
Thank you for providing the subtitles in my Portuguese language. This is very important for people from other countries to be able to follow your work. I'm happy, thanks 😊
Jody Goodman hey Jody, u def want to do glycolic acid at night, and vitamin C in the morning. But I recommend not using glycolic acid every night, because it’s a strong acid and can throw off your skin’s ph especially with the vitamin C. Def recommend that u use vitamin c every morning before your moisturizer and after cleansing. And always always use a spf that greater than 30!
I love this channel because I learn so much, but I also really enjoy watching you both. Sometimes I get wrapped up in just watching and forgot to take notes or screen shots. 20 mins go by so fast!!
Still acne prone at 30. I have been seeing a dermatologist since I was in my teens, and no one has given me this much information. I usually just get a hi, looks better, and good bye.
@Phil Colons yup ! Everyones skin is different and personal. It’s completely true that some people don’t need to mess with their skin and use products, cleansing your face with Luke warm water can just about do it!
You are absolutely amazing, I am 40 years old and have recently started using serums and exfoliants and learning about them, listening to you for last two weeks I learned more than during my whole life. My skin improved so much during last 2weeks I can only imagine how many benifits I will have in the long run 🥰🥰🤩🤩
Hi, do you use also acids on the eye area? I am not sure i have a good toner with some acids and like to use my toner also on the eye area. It is from skinceuticals and slightly exfoliating.. Hope to hear
Tip: the ordinary’s glycolic acid toner is like $9 and I use it once a week all over my body and it’s life changing. It lasts months and it works. Out of the shower while I’m pretty damp I use it like a lotion and let it dry and use a thick lotion on top and it gets sucked up in no time! Once a week with a physical exfoliant too my skin is like silk. UPDATE: I now wash with Neutrogena’s salicylic acid wash and when I say it’s level- it really is! On the same day I’m going to use to glycolic acid 😉
@@asmajala No my body hair is very thin and fair, but the product so liquidy I don’t think that should be a problem! Thicker hair with always absorb more product (lotions or conditioners, etc) so out of the shower while your hair is already holding some hydration would be a great time to add product so your hair doesn’t soak up what you don’t want it to :) hope that helps!
This is one of the best videos on exfoliation on RUclips. The best thing about it is that it's evidence-based and we know we're getting trustworthy facts especially on something that can cause a lot of irritation and harm to the skin's health, so it's refreshing to listen to dermatologist-based options. Thank you!
My in-law is a dermatologist but she doesn't give any advice. When asking her, she will give an annoying face or just ignore the person who ask like she didn't hear it. So glad I found you guys. Sharing knowledge doesn't hurt and it makes people love you.
So happy to see you mention Biossance! Used them pretty religiously for the last 1.5 years and I was always wondering what you thought of them or why you don't mention them more. Honestly, their lactic acid being featured in the preview card is why I clicked on this video first after getting 2 months behind, lol.
I’m so bad about exfoliating and have neglected my skin in this respect. Having watched this video I am firmly committing to a once-a-week exfoliation, starting tonight. Thanks for this video. 👍🏻
I am so glad that I found this channel. Because I have wanted my face to be acne free since I was 13 (I'm now 29) and I now have the tools to be able to do it. And it's kinda nice to know that I am already doing chemical expholantins every night for my acne problems but after watching this video I think I'm going to scale back a little
Your content is amazing!! I've scoured the web (and asked docs) for years seeking concise, honest, evidence-based info to help me better care for my skin ...and you gentlemen have delivered that, and more, in just a few short videos! THANK YOU. You truly are delivering a public service with this channel. Excited to keep watching and learning from you! :)
you two gentlemen are adorable. I love your videos, you make us all feel good as well as looking good. Your friendship with oneanother warms my heart xx
You're amazing! My grandma is a retired beautician, so I had good products at home, but I had no idea which one targeted which symptoms, except everything helping with acne. I already see the difference, when I use them consciously. I'm ordering what I'm lacking and I hope my skin will be good again!
This was so helpful! I have been following you guys and holding down a skincare regiment now that I'm in my 60s and really feeling the dryness of my skin which I never have before. I love your videos and your humor keep up the great work
I truly enjoy your videos and love how you jump right into it, straight to the point! As someone who had been to a dermatologist, who told be my acne was 'not bad enough to be treated', as I had less than 10 breakouts on my skin at the time, I truly value the information you provide. :)
How can a video be so informative yet entertaining at the same time?😁 You two are so cheerful and likeable thanks so much for educating and cheering us up😁💐
You two are so much fun and entertaining. No skin issues here but I use Vit C and sunscreen am and Retin A (I get it for free from my Derm Dr. friend) at night and one day a week just The Ordinary AHA BHA peel and moisturizer. That's it. I love you two guys - you Rock!!!!!!!
Being educated on the do's and donts of exfoliation are crucial. Exfoliating can be very good for your skin but if done excessively or with the wrong products it can lead to sore skin or even acne breakouts.
Thank you so much for this video! I am 54 and going to try chemical peels for the first time. Since COVID began I work in a hospital and have to wear a mask my whole 12 hour shift so along with hormonal acne I now have maskne as well. My face looks worse at 54 than it has ever looked in my entire life! My whole body frankly has dry flaky skin and I just can't manage it any other way. I have tried everything!! So I have purchased some different acid peels (one for face and one for body), also a lotion I found with glycolic acid & lactic acid in it and I am going to peel that crap off! This video really helped ease my apprehension about doing this so again thank you so much! You both are cute young men and your videos are amazing!❤😊
I absolutely love you guys! The information you give us is priceless! This makes my skin care purchases more substantial than just shopping on impulse. Also educated me on a proper regime for myself. You are beautiful inside and out
Hi, I have oily/combination skin, but am also struggling with dry and/or dehydrated skin under the oiliness, especially on my forehead. The effects have been amplified during the winter. I was wondering if I could get any advice on what products/habits could potentially help this issue. Appreciate any help you can provide, love this channel!
I had the same skin as you. You probably need a hydrating moisturiser that is water based on normal days to quench the skin and retain the moisture without being too rich. For winter, you could try a cream based moisturiser and perhaps even an ointment on areas that are extra dry.
@@jeremyg2245on winter I use Cerave and now on the summer hyaluronic acid moist cream from isnttree Honestly best thing o bought ! It’s like gel so it makes your skin breath
love how they have recommendations for each skin type (dry, sensitive, acne prone/oily, normal/combo) but my skin is sensitive, combination, acne-prone, and dehydrated 🙃
I have started using Paula’s Choice BHA 2%, and ur video is such a great help to guide me on using properly. Thanks guys! I love watching both of u i have the benefit of seeing 2 handsome gorgeous men while learning skin care ❤️
The best advise and exactly what i wanted to hear on using chemical exfoliants! you guys the best! i wish you people were around when I was a teenager and had super bad acne!
You guys are so wholesome and helpful with your evidence based tips! Would love a vid on skin brightening / hyperpigmentation treatments and which one to pick e.g. tranexamic acid vs Vit C
Can you make a video on “bacne”. How you would go about treating it or why people get such bad cystic acne on their back. You guys are the best!! Totally changed my skincare! And I love learning about it! By far the BEST and MOST helpful guys on skincare! Thank you!! 🙌🏼😊🤍
Best video I’ve watched on exfoliants, thank you helping me understand what I should be using… I have dry skin and this video has really made me understand the differences. Thank you so much 😊
I use the Paula’s choice (in the bottle) overnight and keep it on, I apply with fingers by patting it on and OMG, it really works, within 2-3 days. I use a moisturizer on top and that’s it. My skin in the morning is not greasy, just soft and supple. I use to wake up and I swear, you could fry eggs on my skin. Not anymore and during the day, I use vitamin C serum, moisturizer and spf. And my skin would normally oil up before mid day. But they don’t get nowhere as bad. Light patting by early afternoon to suck out some oil. This product is truly amazing. I have oily/combo skin. I used to have adult acne, cystic but that was treated in my mid 30’s. In my 50’s and I’m sure because I have naturally more of the oily skin, the Paula’s Choice has really helped with the black and white heads. I didn’t think anything works except a good facial, but that gets expensive. The bottle is worth every penny. I generally use it every night but I do take a break or 2 per week. I spread this with the back of my hand on my neck so they get treatment every night. My hands are brighter also within a day or 2 and is just getting better. Again, spf 50 on my hands esp when driving.
@@Doctorly if someone have dry skin but the issue are same like oily skin people big open pores, stuborn whiteheads😒can they still use lactic acid or can go for bha what you say ??? m always confuse..
This is really good for me because I have a lot of little bumps in my forehead and it’s so hard to get rid of. I never knew what I was doing wrong until now. I will definitely start exfoliating now :)
Could you do a video (or series) about recommended skincare at different ages? So what would be a good routine for teens, 20s, 30s etc? Like when you recommend incorporating retinoids or other products?
You two are so fun to watch! Thank you for all of these videos. With the shear volume of products on the market it is so confusing on what to do and when. I am coming up on 50 and have never been able to create a proper skin care routine. But I am building one now! so THANK YOU!!
@@parulchauhan1200 sure, i have dry skin but i was struggling with cystic acne And hormonal acne Right now I basically have 0 acne left 0 blackheads Really REALLY smooth skin with almost no texture at all ( which’s kinda impossible to have with dry skin and acne) I only have like 3 stubborn pigment scars left from the 5 years of struggling with acne ( which are about to fade away) first i used the Paula’s choice once a week but now twice, for me it was worth every single penny i spent on it and i wish i ordered it sooner
I wanted to let u know that it also helped me so much with ingrown hair, I used to get REALLY bad infections from ingrown body hair, but using Paula’s choice like once in like 1-2 weeks helped me to pervert getting ingrown hairs
I've had severe acne for 5 years (since I turned 30). I've tried everything. As soon as I started exfoliating with an exfoliating pad my skin completely cleared up and made my skin soooooo much smoother!!! I wish I would've known all this time that there was such a simple solution.
Im so glad i discovered this channel. I started taking an interest in skincare and getting actual professional advice on RUclips is awesome. i use lactic acid as an exfoliant .. i didnt realized it was good for dry skin ( i use the ordinary one). Also Please do a video on sunspots or agespots
Ok, so you talked about 98% about chemical exfoliation & 2% about physical exfoliation at the very beginning & I really wanted to know how to exfoliate my whole body in the shower 🚿 or bathtub 🛀! 😫
I have the TO Glycolic acid. And removed it from my facial routine. Started using it on my body instead. It is amazing! Helped with the body acne and ingrown hairs. Just bought my second bottle for it. Also Paula’s Choice has some great body treatments.
You guys are amazing and I’ve learned so much from you guys. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into these videos. If possible please do a video about eczema! Thank you 🥺
So thorough, yet engaging. I’ve learned sooo much with this channel. Honestly feel like I should be getting a diploma of some sort after watching as many as I have. Lol
I'm patiently waiting for a skincare video about super dry/sensitive skin that's prone to dry patches :( Like Dr. Shah I am prone to sensitivity especially around my eyes, but this happens with dry patches/flakiness especially when I'm super stressed out
I sew why some people don't like really rough scrubs, but using a gentle one help me skin So Much. The chemical ones just didn't do enough and made my skin dry over time 😅

I’m 53 and absolutely love all of the videos. Finally information that I can use for at home treatment to achieve results !! THANK YOU ♥️
Tip: the ordinary’s glycolic acid toner is like $9 and I use it once a week all over my body and it’s life changing.
Love love love their glycolic acid, as well as their niacinamide omg it’s life changing!!!!
@@Dalix3 agreed! That and the copper buffet 🥰
Is your body hair coarse? Thinking if it'll work on mine
Thanks for this. I was just going to ask how these acids are used.
I'm 31 years old and I never understood Chemical Exfoliants until right now. Thank you both so much!!!
This is one of the best videos on exfoliation on RUclips. The best thing about it is that it's evidence-based and we know we're getting trustworthy facts especially on something that can cause a lot of irritation and harm to the skin's health, so it's refreshing to listen to dermatologist-based options. Thank you!
Having the text on screen to emphasize certain points is so helpful! Also the extra effects you've started adding are priceless (blessed light) ☺️
My in-law is a dermatologist but she doesn't give any advice. When asking her, she will give an annoying face or just ignore the person who ask like she didn't hear it. So glad I found you guys. Sharing knowledge doesn't hurt and it makes people love you.
that's because you aren't her patient....and when she is with you she is off work!
Paula's Choice BHA has been amazing for me and my 50yr old skin. I love seeing your tik toks but really enjoy your in depth videos also.
So happy to see you mention Biossance! Used them pretty religiously for the last 1.5 years and I was always wondering what you thought of them or why you don't mention them more. Honestly, their lactic acid being featured in the preview card is why I clicked on this video first after getting 2 months behind, lol.
Very informative, I needed this info, thank you!! So glad to see your channel growing so quickly. :)
Thank you so much for your support :)
I’m so bad about exfoliating and have neglected my skin in this respect. Having watched this video I am firmly committing to a once-a-week exfoliation, starting tonight. Thanks for this video. 👍🏻
Love this channel, you're so inspiring, intelligent, educational and still funny!
No! don’t cut out funny stuff 😆 you guys are so much fun! It’s a breath of fresh air. Love learning about skincare in a fun way ❤️
dr. maxfield's laugh is literally the best thing
Omg your channel is amazing. I can't wait to learn more about products that won't make eczema worse while helping with the other skincare goals^^
you two gentlemen are adorable. I love your videos, you make us all feel good as well as looking good. Your friendship with oneanother warms my heart xx
No one has ever told me how often to exfoliate, and why I shouldn’t do it every night. Thank you so much!!!
Patiently waiting for Dr. Shah to drop his skin care routine.
You're amazing! My grandma is a retired beautician, so I had good products at home, but I had no idea which one targeted which symptoms, except everything helping with acne. I already see the difference, when I use them consciously. I'm ordering what I'm lacking and I hope my skin will be good again!
Why are they both so sweet and adorable 🥰 thank you both for your selflessness. We are truly grateful ✅
To get all this information for free all around the world is a true blessing.. Thank you so much for everything!
This was so helpful! I have been following you guys and holding down a skincare regiment now that I'm in my 60s and really feeling the dryness of my skin which I never have before. I love your videos and your humor keep up the great work
Why does Maxfield always have the giggles? I feel like he got sent to the principal’s office a lot.
He is just a nice happy guy! Nothing wrong with that !
i think he's cute sksksksksk
Hhhhhh
@@callum2281 thank y
Because he has the best smile ever so he should show it off.
I truly enjoy your videos and love how you jump right into it, straight to the point! As someone who had been to a dermatologist, who told be my acne was 'not bad enough to be treated', as I had less than 10 breakouts on my skin at the time, I truly value the information you provide. :)
I instantly like the video before I even watch it because I already know it's 🔥
SAME
I've been waiting forever to see a reputable source for all these exfoliants! Thank you!
I lovw that derm’s are helping people for free its beautiful.
How can a video be so informative yet entertaining at the same time?😁 You two are so cheerful and likeable thanks so much for educating and cheering us up😁💐
Dr. Maxfield cannot keep it together. He laughs everytime HAHAAHA
Too handsome to laugh 😭😂😂
He can't really get a word in edgewise.
It's adorable.
Hhhh I love it
It’s annoying
You are beautiful inside and out
This video is ridiculously informative. Never seen anything like this. I was hoping you’d talk about the enzyme exfoliants but maybe another day.
@@syafiqk2866 I appreciate the reply ❤️❤️
@@jeremyg2245on winter I use Cerave and now on the summer hyaluronic acid moist cream from isnttree
Honestly best thing o bought ! It’s like gel so it makes your skin breath
love how they have recommendations for each skin type (dry, sensitive, acne prone/oily, normal/combo) but my skin is sensitive, combination, acne-prone, and dehydrated 🙃
0:31 is just a moment of editing genius. I love it. 😇
Can you guys do a video on important things someone getting to their 30s should do to take care of their skin?
Splurge on retinoids and sunscreen girl
Moisturize too
Dr. Idriss says age is not a skin type. Just look at the issues your own skin is having.
You love all the same exfoliants I do!😆 The Kale-la-lu-yAHA and Paula's Choice BHA are products that actually deserve the hype!😍
I am glad i listened to james & subscribed.
Learning new things . Thanks doc 😊
Me also
I have started using Paula’s Choice BHA 2%, and ur video is such a great help to guide me on using properly.
I can’t believe I’m seeing this video one year later after it was posted. Very helpful thank you so much. I learned a lot from you guys.
Me too
Can you make a video on “bacne”. How you would go about treating it or why people get such bad cystic acne on their back. You guys are the best!! Totally changed my skincare! And I love learning about it! By far the BEST and MOST helpful guys on skincare! Thank you!! 🙌🏼😊🤍
use a back scrub brush with a handle.
One quick tip I have is to not let hair products get on your back. Just rinsing out my conditioner with my head upside down cured mine
Use an ecfoliating shower towel, they are on Amazon. Throw some shampoo or soap on it, drape it it over your back and gently exfoliate
“The reason I’m laughing is because I was about to butcher the name of this” *butchers it anyways* 😂
😂 I fail at life
@@Doctorly if someone have dry skin but the issue are same like oily skin people big open pores, stuborn whiteheads😒can they still use lactic acid or can go for bha what you say ??? m always confuse..
@Jade the other person join
lo of
@Jade
Omg you have no idea how helpful this video is
You two are so fun to watch! Thank you for all of these videos. With the shear volume of products on the market it is so confusing on what to do and when. I am coming up on 50 and have never been able to create a proper skin care routine. But I am building one now! so THANK YOU!!
You saved my skin Guys and make me smile every time!
Thank you Eva!
I just ordered Paula’s choice BHA 2% and I really needed that , thanks for the video ♥️ you guys are the best
Hey can u tell me how’s it work on your skin .. because my skin is oily acne prone...
@@parulchauhan1200 sure, i have dry skin but i was struggling with cystic acne And hormonal acne
Right now I basically have 0 acne left
0 blackheads
Really REALLY smooth skin with almost no texture at all ( which’s kinda impossible to have with dry skin and acne)
I only have like 3 stubborn pigment scars left from the 5 years of struggling with acne
( which are about to fade away)
first i used the Paula’s choice once a week but now twice, for me it was worth every single penny i spent on it and i wish i ordered it sooner
@@taviaiub6801 thank you so much.. have a good day
@@parulchauhan1200 no problem, you too♥️♥️♥️
I wanted to let u know that it also helped me so much with ingrown hair, I used to get REALLY bad infections from ingrown body hair, but using Paula’s choice like once in like 1-2 weeks helped me to pervert getting ingrown hairs
Literally learning more from you guys then I ever did in school and paying attention! 😂 Loving your videos guys! 🙌🏻💞
I find it hard to pay attention because of Dr YumYum Shah so well spoken 👏 and so adorable.
Dr. Shah is excellent in explaining 😊
I've had severe acne for 5 years (since I turned 30). I've tried everything. As soon as I started exfoliating with an exfoliating pad my skin completely cleared up and made my skin soooooo much smoother!!! I wish I would've known all this time that there was such a simple solution.
I was wondering about the giggles! Looking forward to the bloopers!
Im so glad i discovered this channel. I started taking an interest in skincare and getting actual professional advice on RUclips is awesome. i use lactic acid as an exfoliant .. i didnt realized it was good for dry skin ( i use the ordinary one). Also Please do a video on sunspots or agespots
thank you so much! pls know ur helping a lot of ppl like me!
These videos are like taking continuing educations unit lectures..brain overload . very imformative
I’ve been using Skinfix glycolic and lactic acid a couple of nights a week since February. It’s more of a thin paste and creates beautiful luminosity.
Ok, so you talked about 98% about chemical exfoliation & 2% about physical exfoliation at the very beginning & I really wanted to know how to exfoliate my whole body in the shower 🚿 or bathtub 🛀! 😫
Best way; olive oil and brown sugar scrub..baby soft skin twice a week..
I have the TO Glycolic acid. And removed it from my facial routine. Started using it on my body instead. It is amazing! Helped with the body acne and ingrown hairs. Just bought my second bottle for it. Also Paula’s Choice has some great body treatments.
The best duo we can hope for - thank you guys for the professional info and for the laughs!
I love all the details you give and the examples of each product with the ingredients!! Thank you 💕
you guys are having so much fun.
Very entertaining. Thank you!
Regarding physical exfoliation, on body (not face): what about coffee scrubs? Good or bad idea? 14:55
Lol
Lol
Million dollar question: Will there be a stretch mark video? Like with background and possible treatments? Thanx ahead
Oh thank goodness someone who is explaining it in a way that I can follow
I love the way they look at each other
Watching you all the way from Africa! Thank you....
South African here. 🇿🇦
I'm patiently waiting for a skincare video about super dry/sensitive skin that's prone to dry patches :( Like Dr. Shah I am prone to sensitivity especially around my eyes, but this happens with dry patches/flakiness especially when I'm super stressed out
The bloopers were excellent with soliloquy and "kello halleluyah" 😂
I sew why some people don't like really rough scrubs, but using a gentle one help me skin So Much. The chemical ones just didn't do enough and made my skin dry over time 😅
I never expected to use BHA every day with my acne prone skin. I used it like once a week.. gonna increase the amount. Thanks
