I am 27 years old and this woman has changed my skincare routine forever and ever and I dare to say life, since now I sound like a geek when I talk about skincare 😂 love you Dr Idriss thanks for your content ❤️❤️
I was dealing with bad acne around six months ago. I heard all the rage about salicylic acid and overdid it once, especially with my sensitive skin. I had chemical burns, pus-filled blisters, just destroyed my skin's barrier. Scarred me both emotionally and physically, so I now stay far away from any salicylic acid. Yes, I know it's an irrational fear lol. But then a few months later I started getting flaky skin and my products weren't absorbing, so I took a very cautionary step into the realm of acids once again, this time with glycolic acid. It worked well to exfoliate and reduce blackheads without turning my entire face red in 10 seconds. I've worked up to using it once a week, and my skin is so soft and my products absorb much better. But yes, let me be the cautionary tale. I still have a pink scar on my nose from where my skin sloughed off...not fun
I don't doubt it's possible but it sounds like a big concentration. Some acid peels really do work by burning the top ;layers of skin of but I've used salicilic acid daily for years and it just helped. But it was a product for daily use. Puss filled blisters also sounds like it might be a massive allergic reaction.
Thanks to you I stopped exfoliating everyday. For about 8 weeks I didn't use any actives at all to help my skin repair; now I only use BHA a maximum of twice a week, sometimes just once. Skin looks much healthier so thank you
I do use The Ordinary Peeling Solution, but infrequently. The directions are pretty clear: Do not leave on for longer than 10 minutes. It is not recommended to use more than twice per week. Contact of the product with the skin must be of limited frequency or duration. Sadly, it is people who do not read or follow the directions who are messing up their skin 😪
It's also very personal. I can't handle 5 % glycolic acid oder 2 % salicylic acid more than once a week, and I've been using them for years and I wouldn't consider my skin sensitive. Start small, patch test and use your noggins, people ;)
For beginners even less frequent. If I ever purchase it I'll only use it once in two weeks. Also like the other commenter said: patch test first inside your forearm ‼️‼️
Even twice per week is quite aggressive given it’s percentages. I think this would be best used in rotation with a more gentler exfoliation treatment e.g., 1x a week use The Ordinary AHA/BHA treatment; next week use 1x a week First Aid Beauty Radiance Pads etc.
I love that product. With a lot of trial and error, I’ve found that using twice per week for 6 minutes is the best for my skin. The 10 minutes was a bit much for me, even once per week.
@@shereeneidriss I use Cosrx, AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner in the morning before Timeless C-serum as I've been told it lowers the Ph and makes the vitamine C work better. I top up with Spf 50. My face seems to handle it well, but my neck freaked out, so stopped using it on the neck. Now I wonder if using the toner at night would be better but nights are adapalene time... so 🤷♀️
You are hilarious. Thank you for what you do! I am 63. Hard to find someone who really cares, knows their stuff and is willing and excited to share and educate. xoxx
A few years ago I had spent the summer on my boat. When fall came I realized that my skin looked leathery, like old shoes. I was using Paula’s Choice at the time so I called them for help and they recommended their 8% AHA cream and told me it would take awhile. Sure enough within two to three months I looked like myself again. So grateful to them.
You should in the future, ALWAYS ALWAYS wear a high SPF sunscreen when outside or in the sun! Even indoors and in cloudy weather! It will prevent a lot of suffering!
Dr. Idriss’s advice on washing in the morning w/ just H2O is doing my skin wonders. I thought I have an oily skin but weirdly enough my skin produced lesser oil now. And exfoliants are really our bffs but dermatologist don’t trust us to DIY because we always overdo it. Lol learned my lesson once when I got my face raw and inflamed. Keep the product longer on skin DOES NOT EQUATE to faster “exfoliation” ☝🏼
I use a micellar gel in the AM based on dr. idriss's advice. i used to think my skin would eat products because I was oily but I was making myself oily by washing my face twice a day
Thank you, what a comprehensive, informative session! I think the reason why we're so obsessed with skin barrier health these days is because we all had wrecked ours with over-exfoliation at some points in the last 4-5 years.
Thank you for this. There was a woman in the “DIY skincare community” who was excessively using chemical peels & other exfoliants. She ended up looking much older instead of younger which surprised me. I thought of her as an example when you said over-exfoliating can make one look older. I too need to be careful. I use Retin-A at night & glycolic acid serum in the morning for skin rejuvenation. At times, I get pimples from doing so & now I know why. 😬

Thank you for clarifying how often to use acids! Marketing tells us to use them way too often!!! Anecdotally, I noticed my skin does best using acids 3-4 times a week, so thanks for validating what I'm doing.
I would take an entire course from you if possible! I love the information you have provided for us who want to become true experts on the way products/ingredients work (or don't work) Bravo!!
Thank you so much for this video. I've tried to say these things for quite a while, ever since I've noticed this idea of using efoliating acids every single day, twice a day, even in a single skincare routine, and the companies, influencers and bloggers jumped at me, saying I'm spreading fake informations. I was starting to think that maybe I'm the one who's crazy. So thank you so much for doing this video.
Thank goodness someone who tells you the truth about exfoliating weekly. I’ve often felt that every day twice a day is way too much. My skin said, “weekly girl and you’ll like your skin again.”
Doesn't she basically promote the same level of care for people of all ages? It seems kind of ageist to promote that someone who's older ought to treat their skin differently, because there's an underlying implication that aging is bad. I don't think that is the intention of the question/request, but cosmetic companies already do enough of that.
As a mature woman,I can say that my skin is so much different then that of my 30 years daughters skin. As the aging process is different for everyone, in general , it’s good to know that, some of us over 50,don’t have the same concerns as that of a 20 or 30 year old. It’s not be ageist or anything,it’s just good common practice as a derm to look at the age of her patient. To consider the concerns they have and do what it’s right for that person. I’m sure there are those of us over 50 who have hormonal breakouts, have become dryer due to lack of hydration ,who haven’t used sunscreen in the past and have pigmentation concerns. These may not be the same as a younger person but the derm can address these concerns as the same as the acne concerns of the younger patient. All the best to you 😊❤️🇨🇦.
Can I just say how much I thoroughly appreciate your skincare room? It fully caters to my skincare products obsession and ocd organization. I need one; like yesterday.
Dr Idriss is the absolute best. I've been a skincare nerd since I was in my early 20's. My Mom taught me growing up how important skincare is to how we age so in all honesty I didn't think I could learn anything new but let me tell you, Dr Idriss has taught me so much and I am a huge fan and was born and raised in New York but moved to Michigan in 2013 after the shocking, so unprepared loss is my husband. Dr Idriss makes me wish I still lived in my home state but being able to get this much information from a professional in this business for free, nothing better!!! Thank you Dr Idriss and I'll be here watching you until either you no longer do this or I'm not longer alive but until those things happen, I'm a fan for life. She's the QUEEN of dermatologist and skin care nerds
I think that 2% is mild enough to use every other day or so. The Paul’s Choice has some built in buffers in it to help with irritation and over drying. IMHO
I'm always re-reading the directions and ingredients whenever I do my skincare (especially when it's a face mask/clay) it helps remind me to do it the right way or what I should take from it. Thank you Dr. Shereene for this lovely lesson on chemical exfoliants - I'm learning a whole lot more🤭
I think we need a tour of the beauty closet! Having mature, sensitive skin, I have been using Wishtrend Mandelic on the nights I don’t use my Avene Retinaldehyde and a few mornings I use the La Roche Posay Pigmentclar cleanser before my Vitamin C… seems to be mild enough… I tried the LRP glycolic and it was too irritating for me. Thanks for very informative videos!
I just bought this product and used it this evening, the mandelic acid by Wishtrend! It made my face slightly pinkish red but otherwise no itch, sting, irritation. I will try it 1x a week for 1 month and see how that goes. Is it safe to seal this product with CeraVe Healing Ointment??
Could you give us tips for crepey skin on arms for people in their 60’s and older? Which treatments laser could help ? Thank you love your channel. Always fun and so informative
I’m 60 with dry skin and have been using a BHA. I think I technically should be using AHA? But I tried Paula’s Choice AHA and it was so drying. Now I’m confused.
The Ordinary AHA/BHA peel is great for at home facial peels but should be treated like that and not like any regular exfoliant. But the results are absolutely amazing.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! For someone with mature skin but very new to the world of beauty products. My staple for years has been sunscreen and moisturiser, this type of information is incredibly valuable. Thank you for explaining with great details the world of exfoliants. It makes it less scary for me to dip my toes in! 😊
I LOVE your videos…they are the most informative of all derms AND you are very engaging and entertaining, so you are NEVER boring! Thank you Dr Idriss! ❤
First off, the eyeliner looks great!!! Love Adele!! Thanks so much for taking the time and sharing your knowledge, with making these informational videos!! I love your feisty, down to earth, real talk approach!!
Your little room is great! I could just order from you. Great video as always! Thank you so much for the down to earth explanations! You are the greatest!
I use L`Oreal glycolic acid cleanser every morning followed by vitamin c serum...works great for me, I love it..my skin is so smooth and feels amazing!..I use niacinamide serum followed by retinol moisturiser every night
Hi Dr. Idriss! I really love all your videos and I hope you will do more of them about hair/scalp care. What to do or not, best products, overhyped Ingredients, etc. It would be really nice! Thank you once again for the great content you post everytime ! 😄
I use the Ordinary AHA 30% for my bacne. Safe to say it has worked wonders and not irritated the skin on my back because the skin there is thicker ! I would never use it on my face as it seems way too harsh but I wish more people recommended this product for bacne.
Hello there So it means, I have Combi-skin type, i need both - AHA and BHA, for dry-normal skin part and for oily - a bit pore part. Got it!!! I just love her RUclips chanel, bc she really explains so clear, short and informative! One can see she is really good Dermatologist and shares her knowledge, and gives super useful information! Thanks Thanks DR. Shereene.
Love these Saturday mornings BUT………….which would be the best for dry, menopausal, DULL, aging skin! BTW, love having you as my virtual dermatologist in addition to my real one. You’re a gift!!!!!
I have tried commenting in another video but I am not sure you saw it, I just wanted to thank you for inspiring me and so many people into pursuing this career! I just got admitted into medical school🥰
You guys, if you want to follow the ideal of washing with h2o in the morning but still wanna feel a little more clean-try good molecules rose water cleanser. It’s like one step above water but I need a little more than water if only to wash the sweat off my face (arizona). It’s soooo gentle.
Thank you for calling out The Ordinary’s AHA/BHA combo … it is brutal! I can tolerate it for a couple minutes, but I’ve been buffering it with moisturizer and then rinsing it off. Since the formula is red, I refer to it as my weekly “Blood Burn” :-)
Thank you for everything you do, knowledge is power. The amount of misinformation out there is crazy. I went to get a Biologique Recherche facial yesterday. Told the esthetician I use CF Ferulic along with prescription azelaic acid to treat my rosacea. I told her at night I use tret 2-3 times per week and exfoliate 1-2 times per week with lactic acid. She went on to tell me I am overdoing it with too many different acids, and that she would suggest I stop using all that and instead use the p50 lotion daily morning and night because my skin is too dehydrated.....
I really hope you see this because I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your approach, and your personality and the passion and knowledge you have for skin is just infectious! I have recently made the choice to swap out most of the skincare products you are recommending for hormone health as lots of the chemicals disrupt your endocrine system. Have you considered more natural alternatives, and would you be open to creating videos providing effective science backed alternatives - there are so many brands out there taking advantage of women that want a natural option who don’t understand the science terms and you could be so amazing at bridging that gap ❤️ I love you work thank you!
Ahhhh! Where were you 8 years ago!!!! Used the ordinary daily !!! Waaaaaaa!! And now at 29 I’m paying the price ! Now on the road to recoup my skin barrier. Hence sooo appreciative for your skin barrier repair video!!! Thanks for all this info ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Lovely video thank you! Since I've used Differin I stopped all acid exfoliation. Don't feel any need for them! Differin has given me extremely smooth and bright skin. I only use azelaic acid in the AM.
Hello Dr. Idriss, I would absolutely love if you could talk about your thoughts on red light therapy home devices and microcurrent devices for anti aging purposes e.g. Nuface, Solawave, and Dr. Dennis Gross. Thank you for posting informative videos, and much love!
I live on Long Island.. excited to find your page! I just turned 35 so really trying to get this skincare routine thing down… starting w exfoliation, not the abrasive kind 😅
I would love to see a video about how to prevent/get rid of milia at home. I hate the way my chest looks and I wanna try everything I can at home before I see an dermatologist
Are derms/estheticians that expensive where you live? They zap it away in a second while at home stuff may or may not work, take a lot of time and financial investment in products. Anyways since milia is a keratin buildup on the skin I would expect that keeping the area clean, regular exfoliation and not using heavy creams on the area to be of benefit. Probay retinoids too.
Ooh yess! Too many online forums and 'self diagnosis' I ended up making my skin too sensitive and dehydrated. After a consult with an injectibles nurse who owned a 'skin aesthetics' salon, I was put on a re-set program of a calming cleanser, sensitive toner and moisturiser and a weekly mask. That was it....the toner is marketed as a ph restorer and calming. Personally I was grateful for a simple routine. My skin literally slurped up those products and I am sure I heard it sighing with relief. LOL. We get SO sucked in with marketing and end up stripping/damaging our skin. My skin is in the best condition ever. I am in my 60s . I am still using the same products and even though I sometimes try other brands I keep returning to this range.
I'm 31 and I never exfoliate. And I was getting very sad with my face looking dull and rough. So I did research and decided to get a AHA and wow! My skin looks younger and smoother🥺 I already apply sunscreen daily and cleanse at night and use moisturizer. Now I know I got to adjust my skincare routine.
Thanks for this video! Hoping for a video/deepdive that tackles what serums can be used at the same time within a day. Basically serums that work well together and what doesn't (and what you can use after exfoliating!) Or maybe something related to warts/milia? 😊 I know the best option is going to the clinic but it would be nice to know what else can help (aside from exfoliating)
Paula’s Choice has an AHA 25% + BHA 2% mask that is much more gentle than THE ORDINARY one. You’ll be happy to know the first sentence of the directions is: “Once per week use on clean skin.” You leave it on for 10 minutes then rinse it off. I am on my first tube and so far I like it a lot.
My favourites are the Paula's choice BHA, Mizon 8% AHA and the TO Lactic acid, but I only use them twice a week, the BHA one night and an AHA on another night for a total of two, followed by other serums like arbutin, niacinamide and tranexamic acid by face theory which is gentle and never irritates my skin. I have a sheet mask day and two retinal days.
Great, thanks. You look exquisite, btw! So elegant with your hair up (showing how perfectly proportioned your face is) and love the Adele-style eyeliner! x
I love lactic acid, and my go-to is the one from The Ordinary, 5%. I do use it twice a week in the morning, though. Always followed up with SPF 50. I haven't experienced any irritation.
I have sensitive dry skin and I got the wrong exfoliant! Paula’s choice 2% salicylic. Burnt my face and weakened my skin barrier 😢 Switching to PHA once my skin recovers
First off, thank you for the information! I have been using a toner for months and now know that I have been using it incorrectly. I picked up a Glycolic Acid (AHA) exfoliate toner, which I was using everyday or every other day after showering (for the past 4 months or so). After letting this sink in, I was using a Hyaluronic + Vitamin B5 serum, followed by a light weight moisturizer. I know... YIKES. These are products and actions of my routine I was following before I found your channel.... However, I haven't noticed anything poor or drastic changes to my skin. It's hydrated, not irritated and I don't think I have damaged my barrier as I wear Clarin's 50+ SPF UBV + UVA sunscreen EVERY Day without fail (it hydrates my face, no white cast, and absorbs well/goes on smooth). I am going to switch out my serum, but wondering if I should continue to use the toner as I have been? Or is it smart to dial it down... FYI I am in my early 20's. (Thank you for all of your advice, I am so glad I found your channel!)
What a beautiful look with the soft pink lips and beautiful eyes and sleek hair! Could you comment on CeraVe’s salicylic face cleanser and whether it could be used in the morning before the CeraVe vitamin C serum? Or is it just better bang for the buck using it before retinol?
Would you please tell us how to incorporate an exfoliating acid if we’re already using a retinoid in our routine? Thank you 🙏🏻 Love love love your videos ❤️
I use Tretinoin 6 nights a week. On Sunday night I use the Paula’s Choice AHA/BHA mask for sensitive skin. I use the mask for 10 minutes, rinse it off and follow with a moisturizing toner and my moisturizer. I haven’t had any problems and I have sensitive skin prone to dryness.

Similar to other comments, I alternate. I use my acids 3 times a week (tuesday, thursday, saturday) and retinol the other 4 times a week (the other days), both in the evening.
@ i do pretty much the same. 3nights retinol, 3nights aha (in my case lactic acid) and i leave 1night as "no exfoliation" night and my skin is way better than it was like a year ago. i have dry skin, by the way.
I also alternate, but between three incompatible products: Sat, Tues: retinoid Sun, Wed.: copper peptides Mon. Thus: acid Friday is a day of rest :-) This is working well for me. I'm using a fairly strong o-t-c retinal, with no side effects. I have 4 different acid products, from Tarte Knockout (P50 dupe) to a mandelic, and I choose based on how my skin looks and feels.
Dear Dr. Shereene Idriss, thank you very much for all your work! Would that be possible to record a video about professional treatments you regularly do at a beauty salon during the year? Appreciate
😅 I also use the Glycolic acid toner from the ordinary for my body and feet. Hey, it's cheap and it's a large bottle, so why not 🤷♀️ Thank you for this compete overview!
Same. I used it mainly for my body because I couldn't handle the 7 % on my face more than once every other week. I don't understand the directions on bottles that tell you to use these several times a week!
I absolutely just love love your youtube channel. Thank you so much for sharing your world of knowledge about skincare. I am working on my skin and in as little as a month there are such improvements. Your skin is amazing btw!
Hey! I have comedogenic acne and textured skin, and recently bought the Loreal revitalift hialuronic acid+salycilic acid cleanser. My skin tolerates it everyday (i only cleanse at night), i always rinse it well, hydrate my skin after, and if i use a retinoid i use the "sandwich" technique to prevent irritation. Recently someone gifted me a glycolic 7% toner and i haven't used it yet because im not sure if it's safe because of this cleanser. Should i switch to a non-active ingredients cleanser when i use this toner? What's the ideal frequency? I use retinoid x3 per week. Thank you so much! Love and reccomend your channel everytime i get ❤

Please consider making a video about beauty procedures for 20s, 30s, 40s and etc.💜
This would be super cool. I’m joining you on the request 😬😆♥️.
All the best to you 😊❤️🇨🇦.
yes!
Can I just say how much I thoroughly appreciate your skincare room? It fully caters to my skincare products obsession and ocd organization. I need one; like yesterday.
Okay, 6 months of watching your shorts and longer vids I have subscribed.
I just read the directions for the Paula’s Choice 2% BHA and they recommend using once or twice DAILY 😱 thank you for clarifying this
I think that 2% is mild enough to use every other day or so.
The Paul’s Choice has some built in buffers in it to help with irritation and over drying.
IMHO
Can we take a minute to appreciate the Pillow Talk Derm Library closet !😍😍
My jaw dropped when I saw it hahah
Yes!! She just went into the secret haven of product so casually lol. That's an episode by itself!
I'm always re-reading the directions and ingredients whenever I do my skincare (especially when it's a face mask/clay) it helps remind me to do it the right way or what I should take from it. Thank you Dr. Shereene for this lovely lesson on chemical exfoliants - I'm learning a whole lot more🤭
I love the info in this video - and the ending with the library made me admire you even more!
My daughter, who is 12 and I absolutely love your videos! You are such a ray of sunshine!
Omg I love your library! I’m a librarian! Alphabetised and all! Fantastic.
And labels printed!!!
Could you give us tips for crepey skin on arms for people in their 60’s and older? Which treatments laser could help ? Thank you love your channel. Always fun and so informative
The new necessarie body serum with retinol is awesome for this!
Yes, I keep my boxes too. That library is off. the. charts!!! Love it! Thanks for another great video!
Paula's choice kept convincing me that we're absolutely safe using their all time favourite BHA twice a day, every day. Noooooo way!
I just started their products and I was using it twice a day as it said, but I have since stopped.
So incredible that you have an entire closet filled with skincare! (For research purposes of course) Haha. That was amazing to see
I LOVE your videos…they are the most informative of all derms AND you are very engaging and entertaining, so you are NEVER boring!
hands down the best dermatologist on youtube imo
I use the Ordinary AHA 30% for my bacne. Safe to say it has worked wonders and not irritated the skin on my back because the skin there is thicker ! I would never use it on my face as it seems way too harsh but I wish more people recommended this product for bacne.
Hello there
So it means, I have Combi-skin type, i need both - AHA and BHA, for dry-normal skin part and for oily - a bit pore part.
👏👏👏👏👏
@@bambina3148 🥰
You’re glowing 😍 and you have the most perfect smile 🙌🏻
I learned a lot, as usual, but...I just want to know where I can get that beautiful sweater, Dr. Isriss!
Would love an updated video on eye creams please 👁
Got it!
You guys, if you want to follow the ideal of washing with h2o in the morning but still wanna feel a little more clean-try good molecules rose water cleanser. It’s like one step above water but I need a little more than water if only to wash the sweat off my face (arizona). It’s soooo gentle.
I can't believe how much I learned on this video. Mostly that I was doing everything wrong and way to often. Thank you so much for this concise info.
you should make a little handbook of what (/how/when/where/why) to use for different skincare stuff! i think a lot of ppl would benefit from it
Thank you for calling out The Ordinary’s AHA/BHA combo … it is brutal!
Honestly I like the way you explain all the acids in details..Good job
The eyeliner looks amazing! Thanks ywt again for another entertaining and informative video Dr S
🙌🙌🎉🙌🎉🙌
Lovely video thank you! Since I've used Differin I stopped all acid exfoliation. Don't feel any need for them! Differin has given me extremely smooth and bright skin. I only use azelaic acid in the AM.
Hello Dr. Idriss, I would absolutely love if you could talk about your thoughts on red light therapy home devices and microcurrent devices for anti aging purposes e.g. Nuface, Solawave, and Dr. Dennis Gross. Thank you for posting informative videos, and much love!
Love your quirky, unique, style which is fun, charming and engaging. Many thanks for your expert knowledge to us amateur nerds.
Finally found one video that explains everything about acid for a complete beginner to understand
Ooh yess! Too many online forums and 'self diagnosis'
I ended up making my skin too sensitive and dehydrated.
My skin looks younger and smoother🥺
I already apply sunscreen daily and cleanse at night and use moisturizer.
Now I know I got to adjust my skincare routine.
Thanks for this video! Hoping for a video/deepdive that tackles what serums can be used at the same time within a day. Basically serums that work well together and what doesn't (and what you can use after exfoliating!)
Or maybe something related to warts/milia?
Thank you! This is information I really need right now. I'm glad I discovered your videos.
Your energy in these videos lately gives me live, so grateful for you! 👑
I don't know how many times I'll comment this but she's such an idol for me..
SEEMS SHE NEVER HAS A SAD MOMENT. I 💘 HER POSITIVE ENERGY
I have sensitive dry skin and I got the wrong exfoliant! Paula’s choice 2% salicylic. Burnt my face and weakened my skin barrier 😢 Switching to PHA once my skin recovers
Hey dr.! You are one of the most amazing persons i've ever followed on RUclips. Thanks for being our savior ❤️love from india💥
Thank you. You gave a fabulous, comprehensive description of products. Great visuals too. Thanks ❤
Nice feature on you in Vogue! 👍😊 Great information as always on acids this morning. Thankful for your straightforward, no holds-barred advice!
I love how you call us nerds! I want all the info! Love it!
What a beautiful look with the soft pink lips and beautiful eyes and sleek hair! Could you comment on CeraVe’s salicylic face cleanser and whether it could be used in the morning before the CeraVe vitamin C serum? Or is it just better bang for the buck using it before retinol?
Unsolicited request: can you make a video about taking care of your skin after weight loss? Body skin, facial skin, etc. Thank you!
I love your energy and accent so much. Just subscribed
Please consider making a video about beauty procedures for 20s, 30s, 40s ,50
Would you please tell us how to incorporate an exfoliating acid if we’re already using a retinoid in our routine? Thank you 🙏🏻 Love love love your videos ❤️
Only use the exfoliating acids the nights you're not using retinoids
I also alternate, but between three incompatible products:
Sat, Tues: retinoid
Sun, Wed.: copper peptides
Mon. Thus: acid
Friday is a day of rest :-)
This is working well for me. I'm using a fairly strong o-t-c retinal, with no side effects. I have 4 different acid products, from Tarte Knockout (P50 dupe) to a mandelic, and I choose based on how my skin looks and feels.
I would love advice on how to help heal a small chemical burn. I'm thinking Aquaphor?
Dear Dr. Shereene Idriss, thank you very much for all your work! Would that be possible to record a video about professional treatments you regularly do at a beauty salon during the year? Appreciate
😅
I also use the Glycolic acid toner from the ordinary for my body and feet. Hey, it's cheap and it's a large bottle, so why not 🤷♀️
Thank you for this compete overview!
Does it work for the feet?
Same. I used it mainly for my body because I couldn't handle the 7 % on my face more than once every other week. I don't understand the directions on bottles that tell you to use these several times a week!
@@morgianasartre6709 Yeah, I apply it once or twice a week after the shower and occlude it with a urea balm. No more cracked heels!
Good morning Dr Idriss! Looking beautiful as always! 🤓 ☀️💛
I absolutely just love love your youtube channel. Thank you so much for sharing your world of knowledge about skincare. I am working on my skin and in as little as a month there are such improvements. Your skin is amazing btw!
I love your videos and the information but your personality it’s the best !!
