You had every opportunity to say "Mom's Spaghetti" UNIRONICALLY at 0:52, but you said GRANDMA'S? Why? Why would you miss such a perfect chance! You had one shot, one opportunity! You could have captured it, but you just let it slip.
Corsair is one of the best. I use Corsair for my ram, cooler, case, fans, power supply and probably a few other things. I just love how much they offer, and it being a good brand and, and when you use alot of Corsair hardware it looks sleep asf, it fits very nice together.
Hey corsair, I just built my new rig last week and I bought a crystal 460x case to put it in, its so beautiful. I looked at the 570x too but I didn't like that both sides were glass. Showing off all my cables shoved behind the motherboard tray isn't very good looking : )
Well, that was some basic information but I have some suggestions for case manufactures as of 2019. Many of the Corsair cases being manufactured today are actually years behind the motherboard and video card technology. Today, most motherboards have USB-C and USB 3.0/3.1a/b yet the front I/O panels still are being fitted with USB 2.0 and/or USB 3.0 ports. Also, provided case fans are old tech as they are 3-pin design vs. the later 4-pin PWM fans that are and have been supported by motherboards for years past. This means, if you want a current 4-pin fan system, you have to remove the old design provided fans and replace them which is a complete and unnecessary expense to the consumer. Also, 120mm rear fans have been the norm for a good decade while the 140mm rear case fan could be fitted to new cases due to their mass air movement with low RPM's and less noise. Another feature is 2.5" SSD locations are very limited while the old 3.5" HDD is still the main focus. Many of the cases in production today still have side door vents for cooling video cards which are no longer necessary due to video card manufactures improvements in air flow and fan/heat sinks as a stand alone cooling features venting out the rear. So, those cases no longer need side air vents as a standard feature. Also, upper case panels are vented for "Liquid Cooling" by default. Some have a cover to seal off the vents for those who use air cooling but very few models have this cover feature which allows for items to fall into the case including dust for those not using water cooling radiators. For example, one of the most famous/popular cases made by Corsair is the long standing 200R. It comes only one way, with side vents, top vents, limited room for CPU power cable connections, limited cable routing, three 5.25 bays, USB 3.0 ports on the front panel. This case also has 4 locations for 2.5 SSD's which is almost unheard of and a great feature. It is sized to accept large video cards and radiators. Problem with this case today is it hasn't kept up with the above improvements in hardware. Most gamers will opt for a different case so it seems fair to say, the 200R could be updated with no top and side venting and still appeal to the same computer crowd for future builds. Corsair hasn't been producing this case for over a year yet they say it is still on their current case list aka, not discontinued. Not sure what Corsair has been doing with the 200R for all of that time but they could give it a make over by giving it modern features mentioned above as it would likely continue to be a big seller due to its size and price point. Their 100R is not a great choice for those who want air cooling options because it doesn't have enough room for most aftermarket heat sinks. Sad. Maybe one 5.25 drive bay up front, USB C and USB 3xx up front, 140mm PWM fans, no vents and a few more millimeters deeper for cable management and the rear 140mm fan would make that 200R case sell like hot cakes for those business customers and home users not fixated on gaming needs. Not everyone is looking for the clear side panels, LED, radiators etc. There's a ton of folks who only want a good case for their modern hardware that works with them.
@@parmelar FractalDesign has some great innovations. Their Define 7 Compact is a great case...includes USB 2.0 USB 3.0 and USB C port on the front panel, one 140mm front fan and one 120mm rear fan, unfortunately they aren't PWM fans but of good quality.
My friend suggested me to check for corsair cases if I want liquid cooling and rgb fans etc. Now I have a 500D RGB SE pc case and I'm super happy with it :D
/agree. I wanted to go sort of all out for my upgrade this time round instead of just buying things I could afford at the time. Love the SE. Wish they did it in white though because my partner now wants a PC but a white themed one
when/if you did the pc build, can you explain how you did it? I noticed sometimes people put the all in one liquid coolers on the top of the case and others on the front fans. Not sure if it makes a difference one way or the other. I want to get the 500d se case too btw
@@Tstinzy I have build it last December. Currently I have a custom loop in it. The dimentions for the case, and what radiator fits in what section of the case can all be found on the corsair website 😁 I have my inlet fans on the front, and outlet on the top. Both with radiators
why cant i find a case with front intake that isnt blocked or obstructed? its like everything was built to have a water radiator at the top blowing out, and a blower gpu fan or radiator. because all 3 intake fans at the front have nothing to breathe from.
I'm just building a home PC that is able to stream 4k movies. I noticed that all the cases seem to come with fans with lights inside of them - can you turn the lights off? Can you turn the fans off or control the rpm?
Corsair can you do a Obsidian 750D replacement case with tempered glass like you have done with the 450D and the 900D. The 500D a replacement for the 450D is too small for my needs and the 1000D is oversized and overkill for almost everyone
That's the exact case I want, this video is like a sign. Tell me more about it! The RGB SE is expensive but I think it's worth it. Overall best all around cases in terms of features, design and innovations. My Dream case, but I don't know when I will be about to build this dream PC build ... Maybe Ryzen 3900x Q4 or 2020, or Intel 10th if it's exciting.
...you dont vertical mount air cooled cards. That's always been a water cooled only thing unless you're using a mini-case with a fan slot cutout, and that's also when blower designs become preferable.
make the 680X white version sub 200 euros in the netherlands and i'll buy it instantly. It's ridiculously expensive, same with the LL fans skyrocketing in prices lately to 100 euros pretty much for triple fan pack like wtf

Nice good advice, I'm building a $1000 dollar PC and that's one of the things I needed to know! Love you Corsair, and Linustechtips!!!
