As the title states this is definitely an awesome guide for beginners. I've never even tried building a pc or even watched a video related to it but still understood everything he said. Again, great video. Thanks for the help!

The case is a Phanteks P400A. It's a .id tower / standard ATX case. And glad the video helped you out! Thanks for watching.

I want to save as much money as possible for the more important parts when I built my computer. I have a 3D printer at my house So would it be reasonable to 3D print a PC case instead of buying one online. or is there some drawback to having a plastic case

Some people have printed their own cases and it looks like there are some plans out there to do so. I'm not sure how much filament it would require though, so I don't know how cost effective it would be. It would be a fun project though for sure.

It's the Phanteks P400A but, unfortunately, it is no longer available.

I know its long please bear with me im desperste right now ill give you 30, no 50 bucks on patreon if you can help me find what i need😞
if you or anyone can help me out it be greatly appreciated! but 1st i need to say i got into pc building by accident(an decided i dug it!)
didnt really know what i was doing when i was given a custom-build tower. i needed better performance but couldnt afford a new computer so figured id look 4 next best thing; a component of the tower, again, no clue about anything computer ((building)) just aware OF basic parts & functions an literally learned along the way, starting with learning how to wire a MB(found it suprisingly easy), that said, an to keep this to the point as possible, heres the run down...apologies if sometimes using incorrect terminology...
    what i was given:
A [i assumed custom] Lian Li mid tower, aluminum chassis
with- random holes seemingly everywhere with no clear purpose, but in use were two 240 front fan spots an fans,
two 120 fan spots an fans on top, with plates if not used
    8 rear bays,
one 120 rear fan spot & fan
a 4 3.5" bay storage stack in front bottom an 3 front optical bay spaces, a screwed on screen vent space on back side panel an 2 vents (open stripes?) bottom an back of frame for PsU, finally lil space in roof for 2 audio ports an 2 usb 2.0 ports, with lil flap door, looks clean
    a B360 Pro 4 MB,
    typical rear IO,
no RGB header any kind, 2 large PCI express slots, 3 small ones,
    4 M.2 ports (2 a key 2 e key)
    1 usb 3.1 header,
    2 usb 2.0,
    1 hd audio,
    and on it a...
    i3 Cpu core
    one stock RAm card
a 350W PSU with 4 total sata an 4 molex plus a pwn all on 2 cables
    a dvd drive
    a 5.25 media dashboard with
    5 card slots
    2 audio
    2 usb A 3.0(teal)
    2 fan dial controls
a sata port and what looked like that old s cable port but says 5v left side an 12v on right
what i migrated from my old computer:
My Nividea Geforce rtx 4030 Gpu
    two 3.5" 950 & 650 gb HdD
    one 2tb 2.5" SSd
    what i initially added was:
    1 more 3.5" 1tb Hdd
    1 more 500 gb 2.5" Ssd
    2 new Corsair 8GB DDR4 cards
one 1tb NvMe sata Ssd on top M.2
    NOW...present day, im
getting back Into video editing etc. I found AI programs to help my workflow but my computer keeps crashing. Thus started a long journey to remedy the issue, 1st thought ok it needs more RAM
    SO,
    1st i got
2 new Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB DDR4 3.6Gh cards, still crashing ok i need better CPU
So I got an Intel Core i9-9900KF Desktop Processor 8 Cores up to 5.0 GHz Turbo Unlocked Without Processor Graphics LGA1151 300 Series 95W
I thought for sure that's all I'll need Until I was advised of all the heat that it produces, I would need a radiator cooler.
As well as all the power that it consumes as well as my other components. And that I would need a more powerful PSU. (See where this is going🙄)
    so I got
ID-COOLING SL240 Liquid AIO Cooler with display, Dual AF127 ARGB Fans
an evga suoernova 850w 80+ gold fully modular PSU
And I thought that was it, but now the radiator will not fit. And I'm afraid to put the CPU under full utilization without it. Getting too hot, so now I'm trying to find a new case
if you can help me with 2 things 1st explain or tell me if I got the right cpu,
If I need a new or better motherboard and core all together
and what kind of case to get me?
I'm trying to find a case that has both a 2 sided tempered glass, but also with at least 2 optical drives slots for my media dashboard and DVD drive., Is there like a case where they pop out where the PSU shroud would be?
If there is no case that exists that has both those attributes , then I found a couple cases I'd be down to get, so Just the CPU. If I got the right one, and if not, which 1 should I get. Do I need a new motherboard? And is there a case that has those qualities that i'm looking for, I'll patreon u 50 bones if you can help with this
