"Gobsmacked" is a better word than "flabbergasted" in this case. After all, the interviewee does look as if she'd suddenly been smacked in the face with these questions.
She’s in the Steve Coogan movie “Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa”. Diane Morgan (born 5 October 1975) is an English actress, comedian, television presenter, and writer. She is best known for playing Philomena Cunk on Charlie Brooker's Weekly Wipe and in other mockumentaries The other women is a subject expert who has no idea that Dian is taking the micky. It’s like a version of Ally G that Sasha Baron Cohen did in his early career.
The more I watch, the more I realize that her reaction to Philomena pulling out her notes is underrated. She instinctively wants to stop her for a split second, but then kind of half sighs in resignation, as if to say "alright, this is happening."
I saw an interview with Charlie Brooker and Dianne Morgan recently and they said that the subject's do lose their cool from time to time but generally do incredibly well. They just edit out the bits where they actually laugh, although they did leave in one small titter in one of the later episodes of Cunk on (I think) Britain. Seeing them try to remain composed is funnier though. This woman showed superhuman abilities in that regard. I'm pretty sure I would have snorted my teeth out if she'd asked me that, and I don't even wear dentures.
In my head, after the interview the actor playing Philomena congratulated the expert on an excellent performance and they had a good laugh about the situation.

You got it right lol
@@djdb1214 😂😂
It's a credit to both of them for not breaking up in either laughter or exasperation and shock. I adore this series. She forces you to hang on her every word waiting to hear what mad theory she's gotten wrong...or right, in some cases.
They did, they probably edited those parts out.
The way she closed her eyes and didn't want to open them😂
Literally the definition of "I don't get paid enough for this sh*t"
I watched this over 25 times now and still able to laugh as I just saw the king fart on stage. 😂😂
Bro she was *flabbergasted* after the tablespoon question 💀💀💀
Brooo😭😭
"Gobsmacked" is a better word than "flabbergasted" in this case. After all, the interviewee does look as if she'd suddenly been smacked in the face with these questions.
If she's acting and not actually bewildered, then she's the best actor ever. This is hilarious!
Bait 🐟
She’s in the Steve Coogan movie “Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa”.
Diane Morgan (born 5 October 1975) is an English actress, comedian, television presenter, and writer. She is best known for playing Philomena Cunk on Charlie Brooker's Weekly Wipe and in other mockumentaries
The other women is a subject expert who has no idea that Dian is taking the micky. It’s like a version of Ally G that Sasha Baron Cohen did in his early career.
The interviewer is acting
Cenk is a character played by a comedy actor. Lots great stuff on YT
The blonde lady is real, but she’s being interviewed by a comedian playing a character. Like Borat for example.
-The only evidence say...he has one child.
-Probably not. 🤣
If ‘control your emotions’ was a person
The more I watch, the more I realize that her reaction to Philomena pulling out her notes is underrated. She instinctively wants to stop her for a split second, but then kind of half sighs in resignation, as if to say "alright, this is happening."
How.... in the hell... did she keep a straight face through that!! Im in tears!
At the end,it looks like she's dying to laugh 😂😆😁😃😄🤣
I saw an interview with Charlie Brooker and Dianne Morgan recently and they said that the subject's do lose their cool from time to time but generally do incredibly well. They just edit out the bits where they actually laugh, although they did leave in one small titter in one of the later episodes of Cunk on (I think) Britain. Seeing them try to remain composed is funnier though. This woman showed superhuman abilities in that regard. I'm pretty sure I would have snorted my teeth out if she'd asked me that, and I don't even wear dentures.
Classic, just classic ❣️
I feel so sorry for people who don't know who she is already. Her deadpan delivery is perfection.
Yeah I’m majorly out of the loop
Who is she !!!
@@City-of-lights a comedian/actress who acts in Ricky Gervais's latest show After Life
@@seanriopel3132 umm what’s her name? Sounds like you don’t even know who she is 😂
@@jessicam.5952 I know who she is. I never said I know EVERYTHING about her. 😉
In my head, after the interview the actor playing Philomena congratulated the expert on an excellent performance and they had a good laugh about the situation.
*"So, probably not."*
_"Probably not"_
Poor woman's about to have a stroke 😄
Did she see Elvis' junk?
King Arthur would have needed more than one stroke
@@xVadRay No. She was a different professor ... 😂
She kept her cool, obviously not expecting that question.
That historian recited an entire prayer for strength and patience in the seconds she had to close her eyes.
It’s the blinks after “-about a tablespoon?” that really are the best
Lmao I can't, her face when responding is priceless 😂
‘Probably not’…
I can feel her recognizing King Arther’s pain on a personal level
Didnt lancelot steal his girl? Or was that a different story
@@username172 This a different version, because of a role of Sir Cumstances. In this version king Arthur actually came a lot, because he was helped with his problems by Sir Cumcision.
@Jakub Franěk 🤣🤣🤣
@@jakubfranek9995 😂😂😂🤣
That lady was fighting demons.😂😂😂
They both keep their face and voice so serious all this time. And filming crew are so quiet. They are masters of their craft
I love how she closes her eyes after that question and looks like the worst is happening
I could see the historian revaluating her whole life and entire career.
Came a lot.
...He Lost a Camel on the park Lot...
These conversations she has with allsorts of experts are absolutely funny 😂
