Well this is an update on my recalibration I done over a month ago, so far no unbalanced codes or anything so guess there is something to this! Before I seen this trick I was gonna replace the springs!
Nothing but problems; unbalances very easily, doesn’t fill with enough water to wash (so everything is half washed and twice as smelly), sometimes barrel fills with too much water, rinse and spin gets stuck in a constant loop( not before filling the barrel full). Big waste of time, big waste of money, big waste of water. The only thing that works well is the effin little chime it has!
I have this washer. It’s a POS. It’s a barrel that fills with water and just spins. Very pathetic they can’t make something that’s intended for such a simple task. So tired of these companies making garbage products and getting away with it.
Sh*t appliance! I just purchased the springs. They should be here in a couple days. If that doesn't fix the problem I'm sending the new shocks back and getting my money back. Then I'll go buy myself a new washer.
It is recommended to run the calibration mode before starting a wash after your washing machine has been installed or moved. Samsung washing machines can automatically detect the weight of laundry and control the water level. Moreover, a balanced washing machine avoids excessive noise and vibration during operation. In addition, you can run the calibration mode if the weight detection value has changed or if you need to proceed with a precision detection for the washing machine.
Great washer. We love it. We have 3 grown teenagers, wife & me in construction, we use the crap out it. Highly recommend the Ext. Warranty (with any appliance). Free repairs years later. Worth every panny.
Bout to take the washer to the range.. I’ll try this first.
And just like that... it's washing clothes consistently again! Thanks so much!

Solidarity, comrade. This washer's spin cycles are the bane of my existence. The chime bit had me rolling 😂
I will never buy a washer like this again. I'm going back to the regular ones with the agitator in the middle.
Mine gets stuck in a spin loop also
I tried this and it didn’t help. The stupid Samsung active jet washing machine is a PIECE OF CRAP. ITS JUNK! Do not waste your money on Samsung!! 😡😡

Literally a barrel that spins!! $900 for this POS but goes off balance causing me to re wash the clothes 6 times.
I haven’t had that problem hopefully I don’t😬.
I was hoping the same thing and unfortunately I have the same problem now..
Keep voting for Biden and it’s not gonna change
Change the suspension rods. Super easy Amazon is cheap.
These machines are horrible, just because it looks good and cost more doesn't make it better. Complete waste of money and time
Samsung is a piece of crap washing machine I’ll never buy one again
Samsung are the worst washing machines ever made with lots of problems, including that awful spinning problem smh 🤦🏽
It worked perfect on my end! Thank you so much!
I keep getting a U6 error code and it won’t spin my clothes. 😒
