I laughed at the hateful Samsung beginning, because that is exactly how I felt about this washer. I watched it twice, ordered the parts, and followed it again as I undertook the repairs. In less than an hour, this 60 year old grandmother had everything fixed, and a load of laundry was spinning properly for maybe the first time ever! I also noticed that the water level in the machine seemed to be a bit higher, and the clothes were moving around like they should, whereas before, it never seemed to have enough water in the machine during the wash cycle. I can't thank you enough. Oh, and your helper is utterly adorable!!

Thank You Sir for this helpful video. At first I called someone in this field to come & fix it. He said $375 & that I was getting a deal. I said ok, then I went online to buy the parts myself because he was charging me 4x more than what I was getting them for. I looked at the reviews about the parts & people were saying how they did it themselves by watching RUclips videos & that’s what I did which led me to a few videos but yours was by far the most helpful step by step video. I just finished putting all 4 & I feel good. I prayed to our LORD to guide me & he sure did. Thank You Sir & GOD Bless You & Your Family💯✝️🙏🏼 Oh & I had my 3 year old boy helping me as well lol💯

Yes this machine is garbage for the price , they don't tell you when you buy it , you can't use a certain amount of weight of clothes, that's what cause, s the drum to be unbalanced the weight causes the suspension rods to bend . That's why it starts to rock , unbalanced. Should of known better, when the manual tells you you have to fold blankets a certain way to wash them ,wtf !!! Folding wash? The other thing all the sensors just ridiculous, I knew I should of went with American made and not this digital crap . Nothing like the washers with the turn thing in the middle that comes up to the opening almost . And you pick heavy wash because it's actually made for heavy wash, unlike this stupid machine with its heavy wash, that is not a true heavy wash... When the mechanic first diagnosed the rods was the problem he said if the insurance knew that you used comforters , the insurance company would not have honered fixing it
He tells me anything like that take it to the laundry mat , I'm like wtf are you Serioud what's the purpose of having the machine , if I still have to go to the laundry mat . Never again . And those 4 rods cost 85 each . Do yourself a favor buy American made and the old style washers not this digital sensor crap

You will want recalibrate your machine all you have to do is. 1st power on the machine, then simultaneously press "Temp" and "Delay End" then press start. This function calibrates the "X" "Y" axis of the washer drum. It will take about 2-3 minutes to complete and rotate the drum multiple times at various speeds. However, it worked like a charm.
