I had my baby girl 10 days ago with a natural and unmedicated delivery thanks to your help! I’ve been doing your yoga and exercise videos since week 18 and I felt prepared for my big day. It wasn’t painless but I was able to cope thanks to you. I can’t wait to get back to exercising now that I’m feeling more recovered. Thank you again ❤

Hi Jessica thank you for all your useful yoga to prepare for natural birth. I do this yoga on October 4 evening and I gave birth on October 5 at 12pm. It only takes me 15 minutes in the delivery room to deliver my baby. ❤

I started to check your videos since my 14 weeks of pregnancy and doing stretching almost every day. Before my pregnancy i was active but never doing stretches. Now im 5 days postpartum. This was my first pregnancy and i was scared for the delivery (how long it was gonna be, tearing and others). I was so suprise when i got to 10cm very easily with the epidural but before taking it, i got to the point that the baby was very low in the birth canal at 4cm. After, i pushed only 20 mins and only a little vaginal tearing. Thank you for your videos it means a lot to me and i know for sure it helped me to have a better delivery. Lori

In June 2022 I had a Vaginal delivery after 2 C-sections VBAC2. After my having my second I had so much fear of getting pregnant again and giving birth. Your videos, along with lots of prayers, help from a doula, and chiropractic work really helped me prepare my mind-body, and soul for achieving the desire to have a vaginal birth. Thank you so much for your encouragement, the positive affirmations you share, and all the knowledge you give to help moms! I found your videos around my third trimester, and this is one of the ones I would do often.

Great class, I've taken it a few times and plan to continue! I have a question about natural birth, not totally related to the yoga, so I understand if you can't answer it. I am planning on going completely natural for birth, and heard that even if you did not have any Pitocin during labor, that women often/always will get it for the placenta delivery. Is this true? And do you recommend any positions for placenta delivery? Thank you Thank you!
