Postpartum mama here! I did all her exercises, plus 20 minutes of curb walking during the last week of my pregnancy, and I had a normal delivery. I started these exercises at 36 weeks, so if you're starting late, don’t worry-just do your best! Most importantly, stay relaxed! Wishing you all the best if you're reading this. 😊
Hi Jessica! First time mom here and I just gave birth yesterday at 39 weeks.. I've been following your yoga sessions since first trimester.. Baby was engaged very well, I did your yoga ball exercises during labor came in the hospital at 8cm already.. Labor was fast! I can say it really helped me a lot.. I just wanna thank you and may God bless you all the time!! 🙏🏼
Greetings from France! I did this video while being 3 days past my due date, a couple of days before being induced, with no sign of spontaneous labour in sight and the baby still high… after the practice in the evening I had an incredible feeling of ease and opening in my pelvis and whole body, the next morning my water broke and I gave birth 24hrs later!! So a big MERCI for sharing this sequence!
I gave birth to my daughter a week ago. I was 41 weeks. The last five weeks of pregnancy I did one of your yoga videos every day. I think it helped for an easy delivery. From arriving at hospital only 1 hour went by and I had my baby in my arms. It was of course painful, but not that I could not manage with breathing technic. I did not have any painkillers at all. I am not against painkillers, but I simply didn’t need them to cope. I listened to my body and trusted the midwife’s instruction. I really think your videos have been crucial for this positive and empowering experience, so thank you so much ❤
First time mum from Ghana. I’ve been following your workouts since the first trimester. Even though labour took me about 5 hours and my midwives showered me with praises for my pain tolerance level, delivery was in about 5 minutes. I’m sure going to start your postpartum exercises after my obs clearance. Thank you and God richly bless you. Safe delivery to all expecting moms.
Hi Jessica🙋♀️ I have been religiously practising yoga following your pregnancy yoga videos, since the week I got to know about my pregnancy (#2) and it has been extremely helpful. I am a 39 year old working mom, originally from India, residing in London and all thanks to your guidance, I have been active, energetic and healthy all through and had a smooth, quick and normal delivery at week 39 (+3). This video was the last one I practised few hours after which my contractions started. I had my little girl in my arms, just 2 hours after getting admitted to the hospital and was back home the same day, lunch time! It was just too good to be true!! I cannot thank you enough..😍😍😍 I have shared this with all my friends who are at different stages of pregnancy and I am going to continue practising your post natal videos. My heartfelt Namaskaram🙏🙏🙏 to you and immense gratitude for everything that I could learn and adapt from you! 🤗🤗🤗 Ever greatful❤️❤️❤️ Nilima
Oh my goodness! This is very effective just for doing it one time. I am scheduled for C section because my placenta is close to cervix and not head down and when I did this, my water broke the next day and my baby is away from cervix and all of a sudden head down and I can do vaginal birth. I am scheduled to be induced tomorrow. Thank you!
Wanted to THANK YOU, Jessica, for guiding me all the way through my pregnancy. I gave birth last week and even though my labour had to be induced, it was a super fast natural birth and I came out without any injury or problems after. 10 days after birth I already feel amazing and I think it’s really thanks to all the routines that prepared me so well! Looking forward to starting on the postpartum workouts soon! So grateful for your work! All the best to you and to all (soon-to-be) mums out there!
I'm 33 weeks and have been following your prenatal exercises/birth ed videos. All of it has helped me feel more prepared and less anxious about giving birth. Thank you so much for all you do!
Hello I am first time mom, just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy two days ago. My plan was to have a natural birth but plans took a turn . Even tho I had to be induced, an opted for an epidural, then was recommend I get a c section , I truly believe the videos in here still prepared me beyond to handle the transitioning of my cervix opening, the breath techniques an yoga videos truly inspired me! Thank you so much for these incredible videos an love hearing everyone beautiful individual stories❤ 👏 Great job to all the mamas out there! ❤❤❤
I’m 38 weeks and have been doing your videos at least once, usually more times per week. I feel so strong and confident in my body. I can’t thank you enough ❤
Phenomenal video. 36 weeks here and finally got told no induction is needed and I can wait for my baby to come naturally ❤. Thank you for the peace and calm and reassurance. Feel amazing after every single video.
38 weeks now at 41 and loving this one. It really gets my body relaxed and feeling open. I stay in bridge longer and skip figure 4, which is quite uncomfortable now, but other than that, this is the perfect practice at this stage of my pregnancy. Baby is still breech, even after trying ECV 3 times. Now I really have to just go deeper in trusting my body and baby and relax to have a positive birth experience no matter what happens! Wishing a fantastic birth to all the mamas out there!
Thank you so much!!! 37+2 days I've been doing this particular yoga from 35 weeks. I didn't really exercise earlier due to low lying placenta. Happy to say my baby's head is engaged, I'm 2 cm dilate and effaced. As a first time mom this is great news. I've been eating dates since 20 weeks, started yoga, walks and red raspberry leaf tea at 35 weeks. Everything definitely contributes to good findings at the pelvic exam. Oh, and I do 5 squats everytime I use the bathroom.

Thank you! That was awesome and so perfectly timed. I'm 30 weeks in now, so the third trimester is officially here. Just got off work, so this was the perfect start to the weekend =) Five weeks left until my (paid) parental leave starts, nine months for me and then nine months for hubby. Yay for Swedish parental leave rules!

I loved this routine. This is my first pregnancy and I though I am very excited I am also a bit worried now that the time i coming closer, hoping that everything will be okay. Doing yoga really helps me smile and find my own strength both physically and emotionally. Unfortunately my yoga studio only offers pregnancy yoga once a week, so I complement it with your videos during the rest of the week. I am very happy I found your channel. Thank you Jessica!
I am 40 weeks today and this video came at the right time! ☺️ive been following your prenatal videos since early pregnancy and they are really the best prenatal yoga videos on here that really work to prepare your body , keep fit and strong through all trimesters 🥰✨🙏🏼🙏🏼

I'll surely come back to these workouts next time I have a baby.
31 weeks and really enjoyed this :) Don't feel like I can do very much these days but this practice was fulfilling and at just the right level for me. Thank you Jessica!
I do 5 yoga exercises a week with these videos. I have been seeing osteopathic for 5 weeks and now all the back pain is gone. And the osteopathic can not find anything more for him to do. ❤ I’m in week 34 🍀
Loved the flow of this until the 28min mark, but gosh, I'm 34 weeks and just couldn't keep up with the transitions between back/wall/sides/sitting positions with the bump, so got quite flustered at the end! Take it easy Mama's!

I had my baby 3/1 and finally had my postpartum check up yesterday. I did not get diastases recti! My delivery was absolutely beautiful and incredible. I have anxiety and think that’s why I had a little trouble going into labor. My midwifes kept wanting me to get induced. I was able to labor on my own and have a successful vbac with minimal pushing at 41+4. I admit I was too excited to not push, but only pushed for about 15 minutes and my daughter was born 8lb 6oz. I also did not get postpartum depression and have learned so much about believing in my body and breathing techniques. Breathing into my ribs and pulling in my tummy has been so helpful as well. I did my first postpartum workout for abs today and it was great! I love your workouts and can’t wait to do more! ❤️
oh that felt amazing! currently 40 weeks pregnant and i really need movement to start the day right! thank you so much, i hope that we are going to meet our little one as soon as possible! :)
Your videos are amazing! Love this one. Your videos have helped me turn a transverse posterior baby, and I'm now feeling so much more confident for a better birth this time round! Thank you ❤️
Hi Jess, I have been doing yoga with you since my first day of pregnancy. I am 29 weeks now and loving it every day more and more. Thank you for your energy, knowledge and smile. You make my days starting in a better way. Very grateful.
Hi Jessica. I tried this class today (which I very much enjoyed) because I am 29 weeks pregnant with twins and I found out yesterday that they are both now in the breeched position. Originally twin A was breeched but twin B was head down, twin b just flipped back up and now I'm really trying to encourage at the very least twin A to flip so I can give birth vaginally. This is my third pregnancy and I've never had to get a c-section, in fact a gave birth to my second baby at home with a midwife. If you have any guidance to help me flip these twins it would be greatly appreciated! 💜
So peaceful. I am in the last week of trimester 2 but had a very sore back and ribs today, this is exactly what I needed to stretch and breathe. I have done several of your other pregnancy workouts and love everything you do. Thank you!
wonderful! We can't thank you enough! Just before my third trimester here but this was a perfect slower pace today for me! Loving all your videos - please keep them coming!
I'm 39 weeks and 5 days, and I was told baby #2 needs to drop down the pelvis more before she's ready for birth. Found this video and hope it helps! I'm suffering from insomnia, and it felt good :)
Exactly what I needed! Thank you so much, Jessica! You’re channel is my favorite birth preparation channel. I’ve been doing yoga with you since being 14 weeks pregnant (at the time being: 32 weeks 💪🏻) Lots of love and prayers from Istanbul 🙏🏻

Hi Jessica, thank you for all the videos. I just about made it through this one (very achey at 37 weeks) but was wondering - some of the moves (like the one on the chair at the end and the bridge) seem to involve putting your back side up in the air. How does this help engage the baby? It feels like gravity would move the baby back up the body rather than down to the pelvis
ok i am not an expert (i am a yoga instructor though) but inversions help the muscles and ligaments to relax so the baby can move around more comfortably
My baby is already engaged pretty low, but this will be helpful to keep them there! Also I'm hoping it will help them rotate spine out. They are back to back with me right now and I'm scared of back labour... Do you know if this will help with that? Thank you so much for your videos during the last year 💕💕
Hi Jessica! I'm a first time mom and 30 weeks pregnant. I've been following your vids since I discovered them during my 2nd trimester. Doing these exercises give me confidence despite being anxious (I'd really want a vaginal delivery). So thanks so much! I'd just like to ask, how many times can/should I do these yoga exercises (or any other 20-30 min labor prep exercise) in a week?
Hi Laura, you can start these at any time as the poses are safe for all trimesters. But I did have third trimester in mind when I designed it. You can do the poses if baby is not in an optimal position to encourage them to get there OR it is safe if they are already in a good position (to keep them there)!
Hi Jessica, I am at week 37 and I've been doing another of your third trimester videos. I just found out that my baby is in the occiput posterior (back to back) position - I realise I have some time left, but want to do everything to help him turn - would this routine help him turn around and get into a better position for birth? Thanks.

Thank you!
These videos are so helpful, you just transition from one pose to the next to quickly for me.
I’m 40+4 today 😄 great practice!
Yay! You are so close!! Excited for you to meet your newest love!

Just before my third trimester here but this was a perfect slower pace today for me! Loving all your videos - please keep them coming!

29 weeks and this helped so much with stretching out my tight hips and legs ❤️
Thank you ! I follow you since week 10 and i am 32 now. I’m sure your videos helped me to feel that good and to enjoy my pregnancy as i do. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I'm 39 weeks and 5 days, and I was told baby #2 needs to drop down the pelvis more before she's ready for birth. Found this video and hope it helps! I'm suffering from insomnia, and it felt good :)
I hope she drops for you! It’s so hard at the end… I’m cheering you on, Laura!

Love it 🤗💗🎉
Thank you so much!
You rock!
@@Aisekayakkcan we do downward dog instead??
@@princesseux of course. But if your intention is to spin the baby, check spinning babies method
My baby is already engaged pretty low, but this will be helpful to keep them there! Also I'm hoping it will help them rotate spine out. They are back to back with me right now and I'm scared of back labour... Do you know if this will help with that?
Thank you so much for your videos during the last year 💕💕
Doing this at 40 weeks, I think she's already engaged but just in case!!
Yay! Cheering you on 💞
Should I do these exercises empty stomach or can do after having breakfast.?
I am 28th week can I start this yoga now? Can you specify from which week can we start this yoga??
I am 29 weeks pregnant. Can I start doing these exercises?
Is there a video about vbac ?
Are these Excercises helpful for vbac as well?
Thank you very much
Hi any modification needed for stage 4 hemorroid mama?
Hi Jessica, from what week can we do these exercises? If baby is not in optimal position, can I do them?
Hi Laura, you can start these at any time as the poses are safe for all trimesters. But I did have third trimester in mind when I designed it. You can do the poses if baby is not in an optimal position to encourage them to get there OR it is safe if they are already in a good position (to keep them there)!
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV Great, perfect timing! I m 34 weeks currently and baby is in ROA position. Hope he will get into the optimal position soon.
This workout looks amazing, unfortunately my SPD is got worse recently, can I still try this workout despite the pain? Thanks in advance x
Hi Jessica, I am at week 37 and I've been doing another of your third trimester videos. I just found out that my baby is in the occiput posterior (back to back) position - I realise I have some time left, but want to do everything to help him turn - would this routine help him turn around and get into a better position for birth? Thanks.
This one is designed for OP baby: ruclips.net/video/NFktLGrz_jw/видео.html and yes, you have time and they can even swivel during birth for you 💞
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV thank you
