    This is such an effective, very non-intimidating, everyday routine. I am 32 weeks pregnant now and really enjoying these stretches. Thank you Bridget and also congratulations on your new baby!

    Thank you for such a lovely stretch session! I made the mistake of trying something intense yesterday and felt really defeated but this video really made me feel better about myself at 36 weeks❤
