I’m just starting out & I have literally no upper body strength lol I’ve tried a few other videos on RUclips & it didn’t seem like beginners at all. Thank you for this video I feel like I can learn pole dancing. Your personality & the way you explain everything even the sounds lol were all helpful and needed I don’t feel so intimidated

This was so helpful thank you. Starting from the floor as a baby beginner with little to no upper body strength these are so helpful to build up the strength in the right areas without feeling discouraged. Doable but challenging enough to seep progress. Also excellent instruction.
So glad to have helped !! Conditioning is annoying but once you find techniques that work for you and your body it definitely gets easier as you progress 💖

Thank you for providing more progressions for shoulder mount conditioning. I have a pretty decent one if I’m just in class kickin it but I don’t do it enough to feel comfortable to use it in routines for getting up the pole. Definitely adding these in the mix. Thanks!! 💛💛
