You are so welcome!! I take rest days, warm showers, and a definitely some decompression like stretching, foam rolling, etc. Hope this helps!

Can you do a couple sexy heels/floorwork routine without using a pole? I plan on dancing at my old club again. They changed my favorite pole stage to an aerial cube 😤😔😞 I don’t trust using that thing nor feel comfortable so I guess the only thing I can do is twerk when they’re playing rap and move seductive when they play r&b.
