All these exercises that Julianna showed are so good for Pole Dance conditioning. Practice them and you all will start to get ready!😉👍 And for me, the first three ones I already do, but the last one (Pencil Hold Spin) I consider the most difficult and I don't know why up to now I can not get it :/ (after the first turn my body tends to lean like I'm going to do the inverted split)
Great job! You’re doing so well! Perhaps try starting slower with the pencil spin and keep looking at the pole when you spin to avoid turning around 😊💪🏻
