    Awesome! Its amazing how you can still talk/give the instructions while making that much strenght in those dificult positions

    Why do people switch legs instead if f putting the outside leg first

      I've seen it done both ways to be honest. It just depends on what feels better to your body :) For me, the outside leg entry is better, however I have students who prefer the inside leg setup better!
