sorry for any audio problems with the video. I had technical issues, and it's just how the video turned out. I'll try to make it sound better in the next one.
It’s weird. I love the movie for its attention to detail to 70s blaxploitation/grindhouse cinema, but it’s not as strong comedically (to me) as the AS cartoon
My favourite is "Anaconda Malt Liquor give you a little dick.". Cue zoom in shots of a character who drank Anaconda and has, tellingly, a tiny johnson.
I wouldn't have expected it to be such a niche thing, but when I tell people about "Sarcastically, I'm in charge" like "it's funny, because he read the stage direction" they look at me like an alien struggling to speak English.
I've definitely seen this movie more than a hundred times. I love that part when he's like talking all smooth to that lady then like a random woman walks in and starts saying Black Dynamite will do it right and he's like shut the fuck up I love it
Black Dynamite! I LOVE this film. It's in a three-way tie with Team America: World Police and Monty Python and the Holy Grail as my favourite comedy. It masterfully uses the conventions of an old blaxploitation film to make you laugh your head off, and the gags have to be seen to be believed. Plus, Michael Jai White delivering one of the best comedic performances of all time. Really, I have no idea why no-one released this on 4K in the UK yet. It's a perfect candidate for a new release and more people deserve to watch this masterwork.
I've seen this movie, and RUclips actually recommended me this video that you posted about this movie. So the title of this video is wrong. Great review by the way lol
How can you even suggest I've never seen the badass movie ever put to screen!? Seriously though. The thing you described about how it's designed to feel like an intentionally poorly made film, to tell jokes is what I caught onto immediately, I'm surprised you could miss it for so long. Michael Jai White is also a great interview subject who comes off as an insanely intelligent and thoughtful guy. Which made me more appreciative of Black Dynamite as the work of a creative genius, so I was more than a little disappointed when "The Outlaw Johnny Black" was evidently not the spiritual successor to Black Dynamite that I think many people hoped for.
People don't know about Black Dynamite, because he play it close to the chess. Gun in his vess. Coz a playa like Black Dynamite don't gotta brag... for nuckas to know he the bess.
@ Meh, just because Gen Z people trying to make a career out of video essays haven’t gotten to it yet, doesn’t mean it’s unknown. Google “blaxploitation movies” and it is literally the second result. It was one of those movies hipster “cinephiles” loved for a while.
Completely misleading title. There is no need to Capitalize anything. This Movie has been around for so long that's it's still very popular to this day, and even the Cartoon was hilarious and very popular (though not as much as the movie). Just watch your titles and don't be that RUclipsr person that adds "capitalization" in titles. It's as bad as "explain" and "react".
@kevynhansyn2902 Thank you for the feedback. I definitely underestimated the popularity of this film, I'll try to make sure to do better research next time.
If you have any suggestions for a movie or game you want me to talk about let me know. hope you enjoyed the video :)

Well, Outlaw Johnny Black should be an obvious suggestion. It was surprisingly as deep as it was a fun watch.
I know a few, though some could be "Guilty Pleasures" in terms of their weirdness.
Of course I've seen it, you jive turkey!
If you don't fw black dynamite I don't fw you
Black dynamite is the GOAT
The fight with Nixon at the end is GOLD. There's also a cartoon series of the same name that really nails the tone and campy energy of the movie.
remember the animated series
It was the best!
I haven't seen it. How good is the show? I was considering watching it.
@@jibby3835 a mixed bag, but the VO is the same people of the film ( my film in my channel is based on black dinamyte)
It’s weird.

Its one of the most well thought out parody/tribute to a bygone genre. Michael Jai White was the perfect casting.
"Sarcastically, I'm in charge" and "I'm running thaaeeeaeaeengs" are the funniest sentences ever created by man.
My favourite is "Anaconda Malt Liquor give you a little dick.". Cue zoom in shots of a character who drank Anaconda and has, tellingly, a tiny johnson.

Jokes on you, i have seen it
Your channel is fucking amazing, I thought it said 117 thousand subscribers, you'll definitely get there someday keep up the good work.
That scene where MJW swats the boom mic out of the way kills me everytime 😂 this movie will always be 10/10
Na na na na, that's not good enough for Black Dynamite.
It's a .44Magnum/10
i love when movies accurately depict the time they are set
I've definitely seen this movie more than a hundred times. I love that part when he's like talking all smooth to that lady then like a random woman walks in and starts saying Black Dynamite will do it right and he's like shut the fuck up I love it
😂 i know exactly the scene 😅
I can firmly say I've never met a single person into parody films who hasn't seen Black Dynamite.

When the scene cuts after the extra hit him for real😂😂 best joke ever
"ha I threw that shit before I entered the room" "kung-fu treachery"
This is one of my favorite movies of all time! Crazy we never got another one
Fun fact, the opening sequence was self produced by MJW to get the movie the bigger budget to be made.
Subbed! Great video and movie. Your other videos look worthy of a look as well
Yes, but did you throw that shit before you entered the room? It's important to do so.
always do in the face of kung fu treachery
I still offer this movie as a suggestion
I've seen this movie, and RUclips actually recommended me this video that you posted about this movie. So the title of this video is wrong. Great review by the way lol
This was also an Adult Swim cartoon.
great video dude
How can you even suggest I've never seen the badass movie ever put to screen!?

OMG 😂😂😅thank you
holly fuck thank you for showing me this movie dude, love you fr fr
This was our jam in highschool
This wasn’t so obscure no one heard about it. It was around. Had a show on adult swim
I love this movie, but I rarely talk about it, because it literally has to be experienced. You just have to get people to watch it, and say nothing.
I'd love to see your take on the movie "Upgrade" (2018)
May I suggest "" outlaw johnny black" it's pretty good too
Best MJW movie made this far. 👌
Take a look at "Undercover Brother" from 2001.
Is this better than 10 hours of silence interrupted by a pikmin
@r3at-g1i not sure. I might have to come back to you with that one
Haha I threw that shit before I came in the room!
There is an adult swim cartoon About black dynamite. It two seasons

People don't know about Black Dynamite, because he play it close to the chess.
Gun in his vess.
Coz a playa like Black Dynamite don't gotta brag... for nuckas to know he the bess.
Dyn-O-Myte
I'm very familiar with Black Dynamite 😅😅😅
It WAS a great movie
Never seen? I have the dvd
everyone has seen this movie
absolutely hilarious you think black dynamite, a movie so good it spawned an animated series, is some sort of unknown deep cut
He's right though, it's not talked about that often. Glad to have a reason to rewatch.
@ Meh, just because Gen Z people trying to make a career out of video essays haven’t gotten to it yet, doesn’t mean it’s unknown. Google “blaxploitation movies” and it is literally the second result. It was one of those movies hipster “cinephiles” loved for a while.
We all saw it
Mighty presumptuous of you to assume we wouldn't watch a Michael Jai White film just because... For shame
Completely misleading title.

@jibby3835 atta boy. Just don't be "that" RUclipsr.
Also I believe he finished another Spoof movie pertaining to the Wild Wild West.
It can't be that funny
it's that funny
Before people got so f*cking serious.
