keep the exhaust the way it is bro you got long tube headers all you need is basically what you said like a heads cam package you can get that from trick flow I think it's around three thousand bucks maybe 2528 something like that and I think that's like 515 horsepower at the fly wheel
Throw the LS3 from the Z into the Vette and the LS1 into the Z. Keep that exhaust and throw some electric cutouts for some loudness...maybe a LSA supercharger👍🏾
Probably "cant" ship to California because of the emissions. The others you ordered probably meet the emissions standards. Just gotta find a buddy in a different state to send them to and then they send them to you lol. That would be my guess as to why they can't send them.
Cnc port the stock heads and 3k stall the transmission is going to take a dump tho trust me lol my 4l65e has been through 3 rebuilds due to 3-4 clutch packs burning up due to over 500hp
