Robert - Question: I have a 96 850T - I am getting ready to do an auto to manual swap - currently doing all the prep work and building the instruction sheet. On the brake pedal switch there are 4 wires for the Automatic version - I recall there are 1 or 2 wires that need to be disconnected to that switch - I searched a bunch of transmission swap videos and can not find this part about the brake switch - could you post which wires need to be removed or if you know which video has that information, could you post Thank!
@@RobertDIY Thank you - That ECU upgrade is on the upgrade list early on - Getting the last of the parts tomorrow, starting this transmission swap later this week. Will post when completed

It's a sad day. My alternator died. Replacing it with a Bosch ($$$) rebuilt unit. Fingers crossed. :>)
what year and model volvo? Some reman'd with some car brands are good, so u better ask Robert first

If you follow the connector or wires up about 3" you'll see the yellow plug for it. Just unplug it there and plug in either switch.
