    • @GeorgieMinterBrown11
      @GeorgieMinterBrown11  11 месяцев назад +1

      Ah that’s okay, it can happen like that sometimes! I find having really good headshots and responding quickly to emails have helped improve my chances, but to be honest it completely depends on what they are looking for and a lot of the time it’s not within your control. Just keep going, being patient in this industry will benefit you in the long run. You got this 💪🏼

    • @GeorgieMinterBrown11

      Not at all, they send out castings in the UK if they're filming in Europe or are happy to get the actor a green card to work in the US. Also you find a lot of actors going over to the states to attend castings

      That's totally up to you, just make sure that the one you are looking to sign up to isn't sole agency (if they are, you can only have them as an agent). There's definitely no harm in signing up to a few and see who gets you the most work!

    Excellent tips. Thank you very much for this. How often can you get opportunities and can you do it full time? Also can you apply for more than one agency?

    • @GeorgieMinterBrown11
      @GeorgieMinterBrown11  2 года назад +1

      No worries. It can really vary, as it totally depends on what's being made and what roles are available! You could do it full time if you had a completely free schedule, but it's not always reliable. You can apply to more than one agency if they aren't sole agency - normally most extras agencies allow you to join others but you will need to check. Hope that helps!

    Hi! I am interested in doing this over the summer and I was wondering will I need to send in headshots? Also, I'm thinking of dying my hair in the summer lol will that affect the selection process? The colour I want to dye it to is pretty different and not a natural hair colour hehe

    • @GeorgieMinterBrown11
      @GeorgieMinterBrown11  5 лет назад +1

      Hey! I'd definitely recommend getting some but if not they accept ones taken on a phone with a plain background behind you. They also might ask for different ones showing different looks and in different outfits (smart etc). Dying your hair might hinder you in getting picked for period projects, but obviously, it's totally up to you! What colour were you thinking?
