Got my Grateful dead tat last week
First song at my first show. 9/6/80, Lewiston, Maine. Awesome. Only got to 50 more. Oh well.

This was a great first set tune.
Go To Heaven has some of my fave Dead tunes, including this one. I think, production wise, this is an underated album.

Before I got on the bus I used to love this song but had know idea who it was then a couple years later after about 10 shows they open with this needless to say I was thrilled that my band was playing my favorite song and I didn't even know they wrote it ❤

"Franklin's Tower" and this one are absolutely some of my favorite tracks to play in Rock Band. They're so challenging but the track is just so fun there's no frustration, just the determination to have fun and do your best. It sounds paltry compared to actual musical greats to be playing it in vidya game, but that goes to show you how timeless and legendary these tunes are that we still make games out of 'em.

@@smartluck100 my brother who got me dedicated to weir saw well over 250shows and never saw this masterpiece. He never gave up hope but passed 3years ago and never saw it. The very next tour after he passed I went to was Mansfield mass. A show my bro most definitely would have been with me as I've seen weir over 180times and my brother was right beside me for evry one until his untimely passing. . Dead and co used song for first time as band.. I was left not knowing how to feel. I got to see it for first time and it was show highlight for a warm up tour opener. But also felt saddened and reminded of just how significant his introduction of me to weir was and will always be in my life. I'm shocked you feel this number is mediocre. And it's worth noting unlike jerry who often couldn't seem to remember all its lyrics, mayer drilled it on first try.lol
