Been doing acid for 4 years now and finally i understand really dope visuals and Mac miller brought me here rest in peace but I can’t wait till my next trip to find more ❤❤❤❤ you all
32 years and made me a smarter, more perceptive, more outgoing, and friendlier man. The key is to be gifted not go looking for it. The best of the best times I ever had were being faced and not planning for it and it being given to me. Ive had some of the best in the world and never saw anything that wasnt there like purple dragons, sleestaks, etc and im 400-600 micron kind of guy. Peace
There is some amazing guitarist out there and all bring some great improv to the table but Jerome was just strait up interstellar . When u want your jams to take you to a place before time into the realms of space where evolution is created in front of your very eyes., jerry and the dead are the vehicle to bring us there 😂. Fucking love dead jams nothing better .
I saw my first show at 17, 1981 OKC. I learned a very valuable life-changing lesson that day. Never take a full 4 way window pane of Donald Duck acid. Man, I miss those stupid kid days. Love going to shows now. But a 60 year old head ain't the same as a wide-eyed brain-f-cked kid. Drop a hit at the first cord, and right on cue at the Ramble on Rose jam, the music played the band.
As the infamous saying goes with us Deadheads my friend..as I say this with humor, NOT INSULT but: If you don't remember being at a show..it means you were there...😅. So I totally "Get" your comment. A mix of "NOT being" WITH being somewhere at the SAME time. It IS possible you know...that in-between portal state. Star Trak Spock took us there all the time....😅
Anybody ever notice Jerry used chord progression from “ Mind Left Body Jam” for the part of Loose Lucy that goes “ singing yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, thank you “…..?
Then it cuts to 9/27/72 Dark Star right before the first verse. Not to be confused with the famous 8/27/72. Then cuts back to 10/17/74 right before the last verse of 9/27/72
@@michaelchapman2312I was there. That stretch ended with a cataclysmic Dew. The crowd at the end was both crazy and very emotional. Saw the next night with that Eyes too. I was a lucky SOB. Thanks for sharing this. 😊

Michael Chapman! Volume 2 sounds fantastic! Thank you!
Great mix brother!! Who can truly reach Jerry's level on the guitar? Many try, but yet to see anyone even come close.

Hello, this is a great mix! I haven't heard these versions of the Bird Song and Eyes before. Where are they from? Thanks very much.
Hello everyone,
anyone knows which version of Dark Star plays around 35:20? Sounds a lot like the version from Winterland '74.
Thanks in advance
This is the version from Winterland 74’. 10/18/74 to be exact. I love the whole segment from the set of Phil & Ned>Jam>Darkstar
Then it cuts to 9/27/72 Dark Star right before the first verse. Not to be confused with the famous 8/27/72. Then cuts back to 10/17/74 right before the last verse of 9/27/72
